Hello MesoRX,

I’ve just started training again, and my goal is to build this type of body (check picture), not too big, but lean and tight.
I’ve been considering supplements, but I don’t want to take injections or anything too extreme.

I was thinking about starting with something like Anavar or Turinabol, and possibly adding something else that could help, such as a testosterone booster since I dont want low testorone. Also I've been looking at Ostarine.

I don't want anything that has a major impact on the liver or hairloss.
Also for the skin if I get acne I've been thinking about GHK-Cu, but thats only injectable.
Any recommendations for smoother skin, stronger bones or anything to look better?

Thank you! Please only positive comments related to my questions.

I don't normally recommend it but in your case maybe you can take transdermal test. My doctor prescribed me Androgel. It works just doesn't feel very consistent compared to injections. I use it for TRT between cycles. You can find sources with Transdermals if you look.

Underastand Transdermals are still going to fuyck with your nateral production. You will need to run a PCT and your natty test levels will never be the same again. If it's worth it to you have at it.
