Thanks, i guess actually i should of posted, "whats all the fuss about tb500 and tb4"? They shouldnt be used interchangeably should they since tb500 is from my lay and rather under educated understanding a 1/4th of the tb4 peptide? Either way its NOT the same peptide, correct?

Its very close but TB500 is a fragmented version of TB4.
Same idea had HGH Frag 176-191. Its that’s fragmented sequence of aminos from the original amino chain that makes up the full peptide

The way you write it "I saw QSC tb500 turned out to be tb-4" make it sound like a new discovery, like if we were hiding this fact or mislabeling it, TB500 was always been mentionned as TB4 version, in all past reports, and it's the efficient version that can heal the best, and it's what your elbow needs:

Actual tb500 is a fragment of tb4. Tb4 is the full sequence of the thymosin beta 4 protein. There is alot of info here about this. Use the search feature.

My apologies, i did not inform myself on the difference between the two, i jumped the gun and mentioned what i saw others saying about tb500 being tb4 not realizing they are practically the same thing. Tb4 isnt synthetic correct?

TB-4 is actually “better” than Tb-500.
TB-500 is a fragmented version of TB-4. TB-4 full sequence is what is given to injured race horses so, it’s probably pretty effective.
All Jano tests I’ve seen just say TB-500(TB-4)

What's the recommended dose of full TB-4? (the 43 amino acid one)
Still in the range of 2.5-5 mg MWF?
