The higher the testosterone levels, the leaner subjects were. And conversely, the lower the testosterone levels, the fatter they were. When researchers decreased certain subjects’ testosterone levels from the baseline average of 600 ng/dl to around 300 ng/dl, they saw a dramatic 36% increase in fat mass.

Although the exact mechanisms behind this aren’t fully understood just yet, research has show that testosterone directly inhibits the creation of fat cells and that low testosterone is a contributing factor to obesity.

If you want to put on muscle or bulk up you want from 3500 to 4700 of calories. 400 is not enough. I also think that's a lot of cardio. When I was reading your post it seemed very complicated. Try and adopt a much more simplified plan and get back to basics. Remember the KISS protocol- Keep it simple stupid (no of fence intended). Find your sweet spot where you balance out a high caloric intake to build muscle but not too much to the point of getting fat and enough cardio to balance things out but not burn muscle too. Also for steroids to work well, most need these macros (calories, protein,carbs, fat, sodium) to have maximum results. Good luck.

Really? Only reply to half what I said :cool: I talk about one circumstance and you talk about another. Because when you take steroids you're levels are 600 ng/dl and not a lot is converted to estrogen (Sarcasm here of course.) Fat is linked to estrogen.
 
I would ditch the Insanity and put your primary focus on the heavy resistance training. If you want to mix in some HIIT(Insanity style) or conditioning/cardio, Keep it limited to 20 min and do it after your weight work is complete. Long duration incline walking on the treadmill is also very effective and highly under rated.
 
@Rocco the Dog i took a urinalysis 10 weeks ago and i have just been monitering it on my scale since , its a .5 difference . @Big_paul since i started cutting weight , i wake up at 7 have a protein shake with 1 egg 1 banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter, snack apple or orange at 9 , noon i have lunch, normally fish or steak , today i had Mexican enchilada baked stuffed bell pepper- corn, blackbeans, ground turkey, bellpepper around 400 calories, .. salad with every lunch. then a protein shake around 4 workout around 430 finish anywhere from 7-8 go home protein shake with 1 egg 1 banana 1 tbl spoon of peanut butter then round 9 i have a small dinner either fruit , protein shake or small peice of chicken or steak
need more calories more protein more carbs you font need anymore cardio than half hour if bike or treadmill. eat at least 4 meals and eat 4to 6 eggs if you can't eat drink 3 mixed in milk that's what I drink if I don't think I'm eating enuff protein

i eat 12 eggs a day
been told by heaps of ppl to get at least 2 grams of protein per lb of weight - not sure if this is all broscience by a lot of ppl tell me to do this

That's right. The dude is malnourished. That's why he is losing muscle. He is doing way too much cardio and not eating near enough. He will end up looking like an Ethiopian marathon runner. And you are right about test and fat loss. Yes it converts to estrogen but that is why we use adex or aromasin etc. Maybe 400 is a typo.

Not at all. It may sound stupid but the reason I'm planing on trying is because first of all 10 mg is not a lot and if I I use it for the first 2 weeks of pct I won't lose anything (Muscle wise and I can just extend the pct if it doesn't work). I will be able to actually get my HPTA back and I will still have good amount of testosterone from the Dianabol so there won't be a chance to actually lose muscle. I will try it and if it sucks then I'll never do it again.
 
Still is stupid. It will still keep you shut down. The majority of the weight you keep will be water weight so you will lose it as soon as you stop. Its not really a pct but rather a small dianabol only cycle. Why wouldn't you just cruise on a small amount of testosterone instead. Pct is pct what you are doing is just a waste of dianabol and time. Good luck with it.

Because testosterone has a longer easter and I cannot find the pure one that goes into the system immediately. It may actually be stupid at the end I may not try it but why not experiment.

What you are referring to isn't part of PCT. Most people end a long ester cycle with orals or test prop because they have a very short half life. The reason is you can stay anabolic instead of coming down for 2 - 3 weeks before Starting pct. it's like kick starting a long ester cycle with dbol or prop.

Exactly why I said Dbol rather than test.
