Low Dose Sublingual Anavar most effective and safe?

This is my question as well. I thought I remember hearing someone credible say that the drug needs to be compounded specifically for sublingual administration--something about the molecules being too large to pass into the bloodstream through sublingually if it's not compounded correctly.

Definitely could be talking out of my ass here, but at least someone else has the same question.

If my posts ever get out of purgatory maybe they will help you all with this stuff.

The substance should be in micronized form to be able to efficiently penetrate the mucus membrane. No idea whether UGL Oxandrolone raw is in micronized form or not tho. I don't think it matters whether its in a tablet form or troche, except it most likely affects how long you have to keep it in your mouth (time it takes for Oxandrolone dissolve in your saliva).

This is a good thread. I just take it with Grapefruit Juice now. Taking a break to get kidneys checked. Started taking high dose Sodium Bicarbonate to protec kidneys.

Troches are formulated with PEG so it will dissolve must faster than oral delivery tablet:

What is the function of the various ingredients?

With the troche you are done in 15 to 20 min. You would be waiting a while longer with tablet designed for stomach and a lot of binder left over in your cheek. Oxandrolone will dissolve and pass through oral mucosa. Same thing with testosterone troches which also rapidly absorb and have extremely rapid elimination half life around 1 hr (see thread above).

Fun fact: Troches are Superior TRT method to preserve HPTA function (along with nasal gel and T cream applied to anus for male or anus/labia for female ) if you aren't in it for the muscle and really looking for replacement therapy.

I've got some raw Anavar powder, sounds worth a try at least. To keep it scientific with the theory I should probably do bloods first, but I'm also on low dose accutane so it wouldn't be a good baseline.
