Actually test e once per three weeks is a very common practice in the US. However, it is almost always done so with an AI, usually arimidex. I’ve seen many patients take 100mg once a month+ .25mg adex ed and their test levels come out high. One patent began at 200/week and eventually dropped to 200/ month. Unfortunatly, AI wreaks havoc on the lipids.
Let’s not ignore the extent of testosterone suppression, however. The common misconception is that if you take 250mg of test your natural test will be 0. This is not the case. A lot of the parents had SOME natural test production, and supplemental test augmented their levels. The AI also raised natural test through negative feedback. This is a dangerous assumption that leads to retardedly high test replacement dosages. The goal of intelligent endo’s and uro’s is to start at a dose then gradually work to the lowest dose that can be used.
My advice for you is to ride this for a while. You’ve just began treatment, and already you’ve reported your depression has curbed. STAY ON THE CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT for at least 3 months or so. Then either raise the dosage or try AI. Don’t rush this. If you can get away with what you’re using now, or 100/week then what’s the point of using more and damaging your body?
More isn’t better- better is better.
Please provide scientific evidence that supports “rollercoaster” test dosing regiment is bad, vewy vewy bad. This is horrible advice. No more is not better, neither is a rollercoaster test dosing regimen.
Look it up yourself , I m not going to do your homework for you. You want to dose your trt once every 3 weeks go for it. Don’t give that fucked up advice to some guy that’s already miserable and looking for help. Please provide scientific evidence that supports “rollercoaster” test dosing regiment is bad, vewy vewy bad.
Looks like you completely ignored the case examples I provided.

Thank you so much!!!
One of the lucky guys it would seem. Guys on even once weekly injection are crashing on day 7. Ive only herd of the biweekly doses working with sustanonWhen I first got on trt I was rx’d 200mg every 14 days. I think there was a once a month option too but I went with bi-weekly. I had to go to the clinic initially for my injection so I couldn’t change on my own. When I got it switched to self-administration I started doing 100mg weekly and tbh I didn’t notice a whole lot of difference. Tried splitting twice a week but I didn’t like it very much.
