Low T diagnosed, Please Help!!!!

Take a 125 mg shot today. Then in 3.5 day take 75mg. Continue 75 mg every 3.5 days for 6 weeks and get blood drawn. You need TT, FT, E2 sensitive, HCT, Hemoglobin, Rbc

Thank you so much brother,
thats what I'am going to do,
Is it dangerous for my fertility if I don't take HCG right away?
like starting HCG in 6 weeks or I have to start along with TRT?
Thanks

Hcg with trt, from the get. So if you don’t have it, pick it up and bac water. start asap. 250-300 iu 2-3x a week

Testosterone shots even with hcg can hinder fertility. Most men are able to remain fertile or even increase sperm count with trt doses of test and around 1000 iu per wk hcg

Thanks for the info brother,
Thats what I'am going to do ASAP.
lately, after my shot ever of T, every time I go to the gym, the next morning I have new pimples, any suggestions?
All of you guys (Worf ; T-Bagger ; TRT@40 ; DEMONDOSAGE ; PROTONJAVA)
ARE BETTER THAN ANY ENDO IN MY COUNTRY!!!!!

Thank you so much!!!

Keep your skin clean. Nutrogena skin cleanse soap or similar. Use a bristled brush in the affected area. Its the skin oils from the hormone fluctuations. It stabilizes after a while but you have to use a skin cleaner

Thanks for the info brother,
I'am gonna buy the Nutrogena Skin soap (thanks for the advice). Today I woke up less bloated so maybe it's due E2 elevated? 250mg every 3 weeks is a lot to take in in one time. Now I know it thanks to all of you guys, and fuck my doctor!!!!!

Regarding the HCG, I am gonna run the HCG, but my question is, do you run HCG along with TRT for the rest of your life or you cycle HCG, because I've heard that it elevates E2 as well and after a while of using HCG it doesn't work anymore?

Thanks

hcg with trt permanently unless you really dont want kids. hcg has other benefits besides sperm count. improved mood/sense of well being, increased sex drive , improved sensation during sex/orgasm over test alone.

Actually test e once per three weeks is a very common practice in the US. However, it is almost always done so with an AI, usually arimidex. I’ve seen many patients take 100mg once a month+ .25mg adex ed and their test levels come out high. One patent began at 200/week and eventually dropped to 200/ month. Unfortunatly, AI wreaks havoc on the lipids.
Let’s not ignore the extent of testosterone suppression, however. The common misconception is that if you take 250mg of test your natural test will be 0. This is not the case. A lot of the parents had SOME natural test production, and supplemental test augmented their levels. The AI also raised natural test through negative feedback. This is a dangerous assumption that leads to retardedly high test replacement dosages. The goal of intelligent endo’s and uro’s is to start at a dose then gradually work to the lowest dose that can be used.

My advice for you is to ride this for a while. You’ve just began treatment, and already you’ve reported your depression has curbed. STAY ON THE CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT for at least 3 months or so. Then either raise the dosage or try AI. Don’t rush this. If you can get away with what you’re using now, or 100/week then what’s the point of using more and damaging your body?

More isn’t better- better is better.

This is horrible advice. No more is not better, neither is a rollercoaster test dosing regimen.

Please provide scientific evidence that supports “rollercoaster” test dosing regiment is bad, vewy vewy bad.
Looks like you completely ignored the case examples I provided.

Look it up yourself , I m not going to do your homework for you. You want to dose your trt once every 3 weeks go for it. Don’t give that fucked up advice to some guy that’s already miserable and looking for help.

Most common TRT dose in the US is 150-200mg of test every week, not every 3 weeks. Some may get a Rx for AI based on need basis.

Did you mean 1000mg/month of test undecanoate? This is believable but not 100mg/month.

I’m pretty certain that you’re low T levels are due to the depression that came about from the tough times you are going through. Very likely your T levels would go up if you worked on fixing your problems naturally, and adding in some exercise you wouldn’t need trt.

If you’re intent on going the easy way of trt, which I can’t blame you cause I did the same thing of going with trt, then start low and then work your way up if necessary. Don’t be focused on numbers, too many people chase numbers when how you feel is more important. Example if you feel good on say 500ng/dl of T there’s no need in trying to get it to 900. The sooner the hCG is added the better, I started a year into trt.

If you go the trt route you’ll still have to work out the issues that are causing you to be depressed or your problems will still be there.

When I first got on trt I was rx’d 200mg every 14 days. I think there was a once a month option too but I went with bi-weekly. I had to go to the clinic initially for my injection so I couldn’t change on my own. When I got it switched to self-administration I started doing 100mg weekly and tbh I didn’t notice a whole lot of difference. Tried splitting twice a week but I didn’t like it very much.

The pimples are from your hormones fluctuating once u get your test an estrogen to a steady level the acne should stop unless your one of the unlucky ones that gets it bad than you can take acne meds or soaps, lotions etc.

One of the lucky guys it would seem. Guys on even once weekly injection are crashing on day 7. Ive only herd of the biweekly doses working with sustanon
