So I just got off a cycle and I am crusining around 250mg Test Weekly. I am 30 years old, 185lbs 10%BF. I have seen through some research that I could continue to cut with around 200g carbs daily I am cutting or should I say trying to lose excess body fat that I still have in prep for my bulk in the fall. I am eating around 2300 calories a day, 230g Protien and around 50/60g of fats the rest is Carbs. I'm just trying to get some ideas as to how I should go about this the most sufficient way. I do fasted cardio each morning on the treadmill (inlined) and lift in the afternoon. I have kinda hit like a wall and my body don't seem wanna give up that extra fat I have anymore. Any opinions would be appreciated.
