Macros during off cycle

I finished a bulking cycle about a week ago. I was on test e 500mg for 10 weeks and planning on starting my pct in two weeks. Training 5 days a week, two muscle groups each day, about 14 sets per muscle in the 8-12 rep range. HIIT cardio once or twice a week
During cycle My macros were 3500-4000 calories, 250-300g Protein, 350-400g Carbs, 100-120g Fat.
Here's the my dilemma, I haven't quite reached my mass goals yet, which is why I am planning on starting a new cycle on the next half of the year. Since I know im not gonna get any more mass during off cycle, how can I trim a bit of fat and get a bit of definition for summer without compromising my already made gains?
What changes should I make to my macros? Or should I leave them as they are? Any adjustments or changes in training?
Im open to any comments or suggestions
 
You don't know how to manipulate nutrition or training to make physique changes naturally and you think AAS is a good move?

What was your weight pre cycle.

Find your TDEE. Lower your carbs. Knock protein down lower too. Fats could probably stay around there.
Lift heavy, do cardio every day.
 
Before I started my cycle i was weighing about 176. I calculated my TDEE and it was around 3400 cals. I know that probably my cals, carbs and protein need to go down in order to achieve a leaner physique, but i have read and it makes sense to me, that lowering my macros following a AAS bulking cycle could make me lose the mass I have gained, since my body is in a hormonal imbalance and my system is recovering.
So would the smarter approach be keeping my bulking macros until I fully recover from my cycle?
 
Are you sure you were actually consuming 3500-4000 calories a day?

It's up to you really...
As long as you can maintain your training intensity your strength should stay there, you just won't be able to recover as fast.

What's your PCT looking like?
 
Well I rely on MyFitnessPal app to count my calories and checking back to the last month the lowest I ate was 3452 and the highest was 4113. I plan on being a more consistent on my intake now.
I couldnt get my hands on some HCG during my cyle. I did use adex because my nipples started feeling itchy. So far i plan on starting pct 18 days after my last pin and it would go

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
 
You gained 12lb in 10 weeks while on your first cycle and far under your natural potential:confused: did I miss something here? Did you get incredibly sick midway through or just weren't trying to bulk up?

As for the question I would be keeping high macros until bloods show full recovery
 
I did got up to 194 until about my 8th week into the cycle. From there on I have lost 6lbs and probably will lose a couple more. I must have done something wrong because my previous two cycles were 10-12 weeks of Sustanon 250 at 300mg weekly and on both I managed to bulk 15lbs+ and kept most of it.
Any recommendations as far as nutrition or AAS? I havent decided which components im going to include in my next cycle which I hope to begin around August.

3rd cycle and you still aren't near your mass goals at your height? I'd reccomend dialling in nutrition and training before anymore cycles as that's probably your down fall. Check out the nutrition section and ask questions when needed. Compounds (chemicals) aren't going to get you anywhere without a good foundation and base knowledge. Compound (movements) are what you should focus on
 
Im actually at the gym right now and weighed my self. My current weight is 191lbs. It's been 7 days since my last pin so im expecting to lose around 5-7lbs of water and mass. Although my mass gains during this cycle weren't huge I have to say my strength and libido went through the roof. Im able to move more weight than ever. I hope I can keep this strength and at least 10lbs of the weight gained.
Replying to your message, thanks for the advice. I recognize my training and nutrition need to be refined in order to get the most out of it. Will head over to the nutrition section to clear some doubts
