The basics:
40 years about 5 cycles in past
5'07" started at 177lbs (10/12%bf)
So started on a Macro diet, took about a month to dial my numbers in, finally found that at 3250cals/day I was gaining .5 lbs a week. This was steady for about 4 weeks.
All the sudden this week I weight in and I'm up 4lbs in 1 week.
Diet, training, rest have all stayed the same, the big changes this week were:
Upped tren 25mg/eod (from 100testP/75trenA eod to 100testP/100trenA eod)
Added winny at 50mg/day
Increases water about .5 gallons/day (from 1gal to about 1.5+gal)
Would the addition on 25g of tren, winny or more water equate to a 4lb gain?
