I think it’s a decent indicator of if you’ve even come close to training hard enough naturally to take drugs. And if not, you’re either too fat and your diet sucks or you train like a bitch and your diet sucks.

Lol, I'm in the bitch category I think. I was never able to get reps at that weight. I've been able to get reps at maybe 75/80% of double my bw, but I have to ask, what are we considering "reps"?
 
Im deff agree with this guy. Most the young guys now days if wanting to get bigger , add more gear, want to get shredded, add more gear, or some stimulant with some pretty serious health risks. For many years i never went over 400mg of gear PW, and that was a blast, otherwise 250mg sus was a standard cycle. Gains were incredible. If we wanted more size, we ate more and trained heavier. If leaning out was the goal, changing our diet and adding cardio while also lowering weight and adding sets and reps. Adding more gear never occurred to me back then ( 80's - 90's). And we always came off after finishing a single vial, that was our cycle. Always stayed off for at least 6 months to a year or more. No internet and no idea what pct was, we just toughed it out and recovered.
Anyway, just sharing how i did it, not judging anybody else. But im 52 and healthy, glad it never dawned on me to run the crazy doses some run now, i doubt i would be as healthy as i am or maybe even alive.

Hey, I resemble that remark! Ok ok, I'll admit it. I like to do crossfit workouts for my cardio. Cuz treadmills, stationary bikes, and stair climbers are boring as fuck.

What I really love (but not quite as much as all the skin tight pants the girls wear at the gym these days) is Olympic lifting.

Back on subject. Good informative vid. I agree less is better if you want to keep lifting long term.
 
It all depends on your goal imo. If you want to look like him (Maybe a little more, Maybe a little less), sure the dosages he listed are on point.

Some people just want the freakfactor
 
Goal dependent sure, but legit.. if you're not actively competing there's NO reason to run 1g test or anything that high..

and I agree, I see people on these forums running 1200 EQ etc.. that look like absolute dog shit.

That would have been me a couple months ago. 1200mg of Eq was completely unnecessary and tbh had no idea of stepping on stage. I don’t believe I look like dog shit but my physique paired with the dose of gear I was taking doesn’t run parallel & I don’t even see myself going that high again. Was most definitely stupid and when I look back on it training was solid and hard. BUT even tho diet was clean and calorie dense I was only eating about 80% of what I needed to be eating. Which if I’m not all in I shouldn’t have been trying to make up the difference with a higher dose of gear. Guess it’s one of those things you gotta do for yourself before you can pull your head out of your ass and realize what’s what. Stupid? Yes absolutely. But lesson learned. Also had a bit of issues with running Eq that high. Most definitely wouldn’t do that again. Maybe HALF that dose in the future.
