Maintaining proper water balance?

How do you keep sub-q water to a minimum, while maintaining fullness inside the muscle? I might soon experiment with Taraxatone to draw sub-q water, but don't want to dehydrate the muscle.

What is the correct ratio of electrolytes for maintaining this balance of water? I'll heard so many opinions in the past, it's hard to know what to believe.

Thanks for your replies

when i feel im taking on too much water(my biggest pet peeve)i pop diamox sometime, but usaully i always have lots of lemons(natural diu.)and plenty of water, also i pop mag, cal, potas, pills through the day, and if it gets a bit bad or im out to the beach i take dandelion root, which is the main ingredaint in taraxatone, i took that once too a couple of timesit seems to flatten me out more than shed off water, but best advise unless your competingtake water off slowly and dont rush it so you can build muscle andbe healthy at same time

A good insulin spiking post w/o drink with subsequent plentiful amino acid intake is one of the best ways to increase muscle-volumizing effects. Increasing the solute content in the intramuscular space will draw in water. Creatine, insulin, GH, and several other compounds will increase intramuscular solute (mainly consisting of amino acids and sugars). staying well-hydrated while controlling estrogen and sodium intake is how to deal with extramuscular water.

einstein wouldnt you say though if he didnt want too watch sodium to just take some dandelion root, but yeah i think it would be best to watch sodium and keep it moderate not too low though cause if you zig zag your sodium levels youll end up holding more water,i know mostr pros keep sodium high during contest prep that away when they decrease it its a drastic change and pulls the last bits of extra out

Yeah, it all depends on what he meant. if he's referring to water retention while on a cycle, it's a whole different ballgame. If he's talking about removing the last bit of water coming into a show, that's another subject too. I guess the question can't be answered directly without narrowing down exactly what the question is.

true but just everyday use i suppose,i cant stand too have a bloated face, thats why i usually pop 1 diamox or increase my proviron, i never have really gotten to use arimedex for that long do you suppose that will help out the "moon face", i cant tell you how much it bothers me!!

On cycle, controlling estrogen is the first thing you should do. I'd never even consider a general diuretic unless I was sure estrogen was in check. E2 affects both antidiuretic hormone levels as well as the renin-angiotensin system to increase aldosterone levels, so treating the cause is far better than treating the symptom (the actual water retention with diuretics due to E2).
Adex is very good at controlling bloat, when the right doses are used based on the test/wk load and bf%.

yepper cause when i run high levels of test and let my bodyfat get a bit high i look even bigger cause my esto is so high,im start taking ldex more often,im dieting right know and my face is kinda chisled so it should get it lookin even better, well im actually bridging with prio no androgens so thats why its so gaunt looking which i like

First, thanks you guys for your help.

What I'm doing right now is just trying to get my bodyfat down pretty low. Not shredded, just getting that lower ab fat off, and the fat off the bottom of the chest. I don't compete, I'm just trying to get close to that condition.

I'm also not really on a major cycle right now. I'm just using EQ and Dbol (w/ Adex) to more or less at least maintain muscle while I'm doing a heck of alot of cardio... 50 min on the treadmill, 3.5 mph, 7 days/week. So far, I've lost 25lbs of fat in the last 5 weeks, with little or no muscle loss. I'm also using ephedrine and clen.

But what I meant in the first post was that I'm trying to find out how to get the sub-q water to a minimum, without also drawing water out of the muscle. I hear that Taraxatone draws water from beneath the skin, but also can draw it from the muscle too, making you look flat, like Jagers said.

I noticed Jagers mentioned taking potassium supps daily. I was also wondering that. Should the ratio of potassium to sodium be high potassium/low sodium?...(w/ magnesium included?).

Thanks again
