I 2nd that website and the use of firmapress. They sell some handheld presses there too.

U need to get your press and binder powder. Then make some tabs with just the filler/binder, see how much the weight is. Use that number to switch out binder for raws powder.

Little advice. If your making 10mg var, get a 6mm mould and shoot for around 80mg total tab weight. Or 8mm mould and shoot for 120mg total tab weight. What I'm saying will make more since when you have everything in front of you

I'm not saying you are wrong, as I have zero experience. I'm just asking for my own curiosity. What if the binder and raw powder have a different volume for a given weight? Wouldn't it be more complicated than removing x percentage of binder and replace with raw powder?

Yes, you are right. Anavar is a crystal and is pretty heavy for its size. Fluffier stuff like winnie and nolva usually gets granulated before hitting the press. Helps feed issues. Granulation is pretty much getting it wet so it clumps up and then dries in clumps. It gets it heavier for size. To help match the firmapress.

And the difference in volume weight for things that are crystalline of granulated are not a ton off. None of use are Pfizer here, there gets a point where it has to be "good enough". So if I make a mix for 500 tabs by those calculations and I get 490-510 tabs at the end, that's "good enough", its 2% margin of error...

I will definitely be taking notes on this. Also, it's in sync with what was posted on r/steroids wiki. So thanks again for reiterating and clarifying this information. BTW, for the first time yesterday, I actually figured this out before reading your post and r/steroids wiki. I guess it's just one of things that you don't actually think about or begin to learn until you sit down and start planning how it must be done in logical steps. That's when it really began to make sense about what I have to do. Anyways, thanks again.

I told you already.. THERE are tones of DIYS.. look at r/steroids . Explains how to measure and calculate filler, compounds etc etc how to weigh.. Some of this game is doing research on your own, not just asking and having everything laid out for you.

Given most of the questions you are asking & that you're not understanding much of what members are saying about the process, then I would highly recommend that you forget the idea of making your own orals, be it tablets or capsules.

Instead I would highly recommend you search through both The Underground & Lab Testing sub-forums & look for a vendor offering pre-made anavar tablets or capsules & who has had good feedback both in terms of blind lab testing by members & customer service.

Making consistently accurate dosed caps of 10mg's active ingredient is not a simple task. It requires good technical understanding of the whole process, much of which has not even been touched on so far within this thread. You will not succeed on your first attempt at capping. Actual UGL's often struggle to atain that level of competency, even after they've been doing it on quite a large scale for quite a long time.

As for you managing to do it with tablets, that requires even more knowledge & technical competency & you are not going to achieve it mate.

It would be incredibly reckless if you to try either & then let your girlfriend take those caps or tabs.

I'm genuinely not criticising the having a go at you, I'm trying to help you.

If you are still interested in learning to cap oral AAS in the future, then I would say start with the basics & & learn to cap regular, OTC powdered supplements first. Learn both the practical handling skills & whilst doing that, read up as much as you can on the basic technical side of it: capsule sizes / internal volumes, powder density, what qualities are required in a filler, which to choose & why, the importance of particle sizes, blending issues, geometric dilution, trituration.

Until you know all that stuff at the very least, the end result of you trying to make 10mg dosed caps WILL end in failure mate.

Again, totally forget making tablets period.
