MALDI-TOF-MS/HPLC-UV-VIS rHGH results

4ius of Greys put my IGF levels roughly 250 points above my baseline. According to these tests I may have only been pinning somewhere between 1-2ius.

Yes sir it is!

mands

Nice. So I've been pinning 6iu daily to account for a 50% concentration when in fact it is dosed near perfect? I'm definitely not complaining :) I'd just like to lock down a consistent dosage in order to have an accurate representation of igf levels when I test.

I'd like to see the data on that. Will it be posted? Appreciate the time you've both put in to test these samples.

Thank you guys for this testing. If there's anything I can do to help out the community let me know. It's quite an incredible thing you guys are doing here.

So riddle me this; How the fuck are people getting such high scores on serum tests?

High score of WHAT? GH or IGF is there a difference your damn right their is.

Which
Is this the geno sample I sent in?

NO IT MOST CERTAINLY IS NOT.

Although after further testing of YOUR sample, including an Amino Acid Analysis, the only difference which could be detected was the concentration! Your sample being one half the concentration of the Gen standard.

What does that mean. The Gen Colt forwarded was VERY likely to be Gen" that was cut or diluted by one half!

For what is a gh serum test used for outside of the underground d world of AAS and hgh? Why would a doctor call for that test?

Correct me if I am wrong...Wouldn't one of the best ways to know how to judge your hgh would be getting real hgh, then getting tests ( serum and igf levels) done to establish a baseline to test against. Anything else and you are just speculating on the numbers.

It is used by physicians to test for pituitary disorder. They will take a baseline serum GH and then stimulate the pituitary with a substance to release Gh and then retest to see if the stimulation was sucessful.

Colt I've already discussed the appropriate dosing with you by PM and I told you the sample Gen you submitted while likely of PH grade quality was underdosed or "cut" by one
half.

@Dr JIM Is there any possibility even a remote one that the methodology used to determine the protein concentration in the samples was erroneous? Are there other methods to determine protein concentrations?
I'm just trying to make sense of it all.
thanks.

Hey I was just verifying fella. I figured that sample was yours. Continuing with 6iu! Igf in 3 weeks.

Hmm and who are these people and where did they acquire the "GH" they are testing.

Do you know them personally?

There is one HUGE problem with IGF testing, the results are EASILY "adjusted" to meet the needs of the supplier!

Now that's something which is almost impossible to accomplish with MS or HPLC graphic data.

There simply is no program, that I'm aware of, which enables one to manipulate graphic data of that nature wo it looking like it was tampered with.

Perhaps you folks now understand WHY I've been pleading for those who have submitted THESE SAMPLES to obtain and post THEIR IGF data!!!

I tested 39 on a serum test on what appears to be 5iu of PH grade genos.

The variability of GH testing is far to broad to make such conclusions. Some folk will hit only 30 while others will reach 90 ng/ml using the same TEN IU DOSAGE!

I would be one of those people and I scored a 24.3 serum GH test less than 2 months ago from a vial that came from the exact SAME kit that that the vial used in your tests came from.

serum test, means jack shit. imho.
IGF does mean something :)

What kind of question is that?

Of course there is ALWAYS A CHANCE something went wrong but after well over THIRTY samples all with difference MS, HPLCs, "GH" concentration and gross weight, the "chances" approximate that of the world ending tomorrow.
