MALDI-TOF-MS/HPLC-UV-VIS rHGH results

I have no idea how to read those. Is there purity level containted anywhere in that data? Also is there actual pharma hgh being used as a control? Im just a little lost.

And thank you both for what you have done here.

Yes there is a pharm grade control group that is being used.

Yes the purity is in the data along with concentration.

Thanks @mands . You and who ever else was responsible for these tests provide an invaluable service to the community.

Here's my take on the results. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Next time I hear someone on generics telling me they're running 10ius/day I'll respond, "Oh okay. So you're just on a anti aging dose."

So it looks like what's In those bottles is of good quality. The label says 10iu, the hplc says 1.4 mg/ml. What's that equate to in ius? Sorry I'm worki.g and don't have time to dive into it more.

Thanks

About a 1/3 of 10iu. 1mg is 3.3 Ius I believe

Just an FYI, there is a member of PM who is outside the US who has access to testing and has tested TP's greys(without TP's knowledge ahead of time) and they came out 4.27mg of GH. He used BCA for that portion of the testing. Also, the vial used to test TP's greys for the testing here came from a kit where I personally serum tested in the 20's. In addition, from the same small order of kits, my friend IGF-1 tested in the low 300's at 3iu per day; which is good considering his age. So, I have to question whether there is some flaw in the methodology or testing being used as it doesn't make much sense......

My best guess is you would test higher on better stuff.

Also have to remeber that batch to batch vial to vial can be different. Who knows how good the the quality control is?

I have tested on many pharm brands before, have used a shitload of GH since the early to id-90's.

And your igf were similar at the same dose? Or was it 1iu of pharm per day compared to 3 to 4 of generic?
It depends on the generic. There are plenty of grey top IGF-1 test out there. Anywhere from 300-700. Ranging from 3iu's-10ius a day.

Just what I have observed.

All of my serum and IGF-1 results are in RP's thread on PM if you want to see teh actual data. They were all in the same ballpark. Actually, the Humatrope and Serostim were the 2 lowest of the bunch; Norditropion and Genos were up at the top along with some generics.
