MALDI-TOF-MS/HPLC-UV-VIS rHGH results

I just reviewed the MS and HPLS data and it seems ALL generic GH products have one thing in common, they ALL use filler agents to enhance the volume appearance of their vials, bc the amount of "GH" contained within those little glass bottles ranges between 0.8 and 1.4 mg/ml!

Now that's a 75 to a 55% difference from what's listed on the label!

We'll try to get the data posted over the weekend!

Truthfully, I don't know anything about the product. What irks me is the names they come up with. It's like they think we are idiots...well maybe we are because we keep buying this stuff, myself included.

Simple solution, don't use hgh, or simply pay the extra money and buy pharma grade. It amazes me that people fall in for the hype of some new generic that hits the scene. Just a matter of time before they cut corners and fuck the consumer.

Not sure where you are but at least in my neck of the USA it is not a matter of cash but availability for purchase of HGH and other pharma grade anabolics that prevents this.

But it was done an hplc.

Anyone can explain what's the concentration in that vial?

Here is the explanation I was given, hopefully mands can confirm:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Muscles96ss - The number 1.36 refers to mg/ml ! - milligram per milliliter - it's a CONCENTRATION, not the total weight !

Based on this CONCENTRATION the calculation for the total weight of active protein is 3.72 milligrams which is close to 11IU

Follow again the explanation which includes this specific calculation from my professor.

And just as u said, all serum tests confirms as well of course the present of the declared amount of milligrams/IUs.

I'll ask again for another clarification from my professor.

BTW - I think that Mands himself confirmed with his team that the vials are 10+ IUs

If the vials were mixed in 1ml of testing solution, why would the results be doubled?

I have no idea, thats just the explanation I got and according to Karl mands told him that the vial contained the full 10iu. Mands posted the results on Karl's thread on PM and I highly doubt he would have posted it there(or that Karl would allow it to stay up) if there was anything negative there. Perhaps mands can chime in and clear this up as I don't have a good understanding on how to read these tests.

I don't understand the concentration numbers either and would appreciate someone explaining without calling me a lazy dipshit.

They wouldn't, but my understanding was that the concentration values given weren't so straightforward.

The concentrations listed is the MILLIGRAM AMOUNT of GH detected n ONE VIAL, GOT IT!

Try not to make it any more complicated bc that's the bottom line. Once again UGLs are LYING about a PEDs concentration.

Is anyone surprised, God I hope not, lol!

Thanks Doc! Lol

Yes the Vial was a 10 iu vial not a 20 iu vial. I never told Karl that it contained anything more than what the test confirmed.

There has been arguments on the concentration since the very first test was posted.

Karl's GH from the very first has been the best GH tested as far a purity and close to pharm grade. I believe the problem had to do with the concentration. I have looked into this many times because I receive plenty of PM's asking me about this very question.

I have talked to DrJIM about it as well and told him my concerns. I sent him an email just now.

@Dr JIM will explain why the email I sent is correct or not correct.

Here you go guys. Remember a IGF-1 reading needs to be preformed on all GH to see if they are doing what we ultimately want them to do.

2. Gen Sci Jintropin - Green Top
