The irony was...I never did.
We actually had a ff last year get in shit for putting up an ad on craigslist for a male stripper for private shows and then told the whole world he was a professional firefighter and what department and city he worked for. Chiefs had a huge shit over it. Discredible conduct and all.

We also just had a ff get prescribed medical MJ and Chiefs went nuts again. The union backed him....went to an arbitrator and was ruled it was a legitimate prescription and was allowed. He has to smoke it a min of 27 feet from the doors of the firehall and cannot operate any vehicles while on duty.

Thats pretty crazy about smoking weed and working as a ff. When I used to smoke I was so damn forgetful and would always make mistakes at work. I dont think that shit should be allowed in trades in which life and property depend on it.

I agree Ozzy....what is next? The guy fixing the engine on a plane I'm about to fly in....working stoned? Or how about the doctor about to operate?

Its just like any other Rx drug. I cant take a percocet or a valium and work. I take it when im off, usually the night before if needed. The same has to go for the sticky icky icky...ooo weee
