Appreciate the advice lol my legs are definitely Lagging. My leg days are pretty limited, got terrible knees I’m working on strengthening at the moment. But yes they are small.

Got some 500mg/cc test e from pharmacom. The pip is crazy bad. Did a quad shot annd I can’t hardly move my leg four days later. Anyway to minimize this? I’ve done trt for some time and never had an issue at 250mg/cc. Am I just gonna have 10 weeks of horrible pain? Knew I should’ve just gotten the 300mg, but I’m dumb and thought it wouldn’t be too bad. It is.

I did a quad shot this friday and it wasn’t a full shot. I have test E 300 from Ace Pharma. I only take 210mg per week divided into 3 doses. And even that little amount has give me crazy pip on my quad. Today is Sunday and I have been icing this shit all day long.

What have you injected?? The teardrop?? Looks more swollen on the inside to me..

Try using your ass cheek.. New needle.. Heat oil for good 5-10 mins.. Then after a nice slow injection(take a full minute atleast) massage the area for a Full 10 minutes.. No 30 secs telling yourself it's long enough take an actual 10 mins..
