Too much CNN for me today. 
I propose we institute a policy. If you are a victim of the hurricane who is living at one of the shelters, then you are subject to "manners for food". If your needs are being met through the kindness of those who donated their hard earned money to the Red Cross or another philanthropic organization and, also, the money that is stolen from working people by the federal and state governments, then you are subject to "manners for food".
The rules of "manners for food" are very simple. If you don't say thank you AND MEAN IT to the people who are handing you free stuff, then you are thrown out on the street to survive on your own.
Personally I think the penalty should be death, but that might be the tren talking.
