MARCUS Test E Cycle Log/Spetz Gear

Alright... What up everybody? So this will be my log on USASpetz gear just to get goin real quick. Got to get some sleep tonight and I'll update in detail tomorrow. Only ran 2 cycles before, last one was little over a year ago. One test, one test/Dbol

Stats: 5'11 216lbs about 18%BF right now I think

Weeks 1-12: Test E 500mg EW (2X per week)
Weeks 1-16: Adex 0.5mg EOD (will alter as need with estrogen changes + gyno symptoms as I am proned, and taper in week 16)
Weeks 5-15: HCG 500iu EW (2X per week)
Weeks 16-19: Torem 120/90/60/30 (actual PCT start=21 days after last pin)

Daily diet plan: 4,000 calories
Pro= 405 Carb= 405 Fat= 85

Deadlift= 405 1RM
Squat= 365 3RM (to parallel, not past)
Bench Dumbbell= 110X4RM (no bar anymore cause of shoulder, blah blah)
Overhead Dumbbell= 75X5RM

1st pin was yesterday 9.4 anddddd have a good night y'all, I'll keep ya posted and update more tomorrow. Tired as hell. Peace
 
I am going for mass and strength for the first 8+ weeks until gains level out, since I'm not planning on upping my dosage. Then I'll take advantage of the anti-catabolic effects and cut on cycle after this.

Also, if anyone has any advice or criticism regarding my cycle setup, please chime in. It's always welcomed and I appreciate any knowledge that can be gained.

Yaaa... You're probably right. I hang around 16/17 usually, just estimating, no calipers or anything. Just by the mirror I think I look fatter. Haha. I dunno, could be me being picky, but you're right either way

Edit: I was thinking about throwing in some T3 during my last 4 weeks and cutting. Anyone with experience, I would love to hear. Only used T3 at 12.5mcg on a bulk. Was also thinking of throwing it in at this dose to keep fat gain minimal. Lemme know what you guys think, cuz I don't want it eating away at any possible muscle gains
 
I was also thinking about the bf % you have posted. Be careful not to "bulk" too much on this run. Sure, you'll get bigger and stronger, but you don't want to end up at 20+ % bf. If it were me, I'd probably cut down leaner first. Good luck though, I'll be following.
 
Maybe I will, I'm tattooed from the neck all the way down... I took some before pics, if I sit down and take the time to edit the tattoos out. I'll post em up.

But I look like an uglier version if this dude:

So Fridays are full circuit day... Kinda got used to adding this in as my gym schedule is highly based on timing with my wife and my work, and time with my son. Sun: Legs, Mon: Shoulders, Tuesday: Chest/Tris Wed: Back/Bis, Thurs: Cardio, Fri: Full body, Sat: Cardio
I'll post up progress in numbers like once every few weeks as well

20 min on treadmill
