Anyone care to summarize the video? I'm at work and can't necessarily blast a video about steroid use lol
 
He ate 350 grams of protein, approx 150 grams of carbs (mostly rice, potatoes and oatmeal) and 60-70 grams of fat.

He was sort of in a skinny fat phase due to improper dieting and decided to do a BB show to help progress his fat loss.

He used tren, mast and sust but wants everyone to know that those substances don't magically "cut you up" because you have to work your ass off to see any changes.

Outside of that, he just sort of covers BB verses power-lifting AAS differences in a basic format.
