I don’t speak German and don’t have the patients to go through all of it , but at least he even knew back then, long esters still pin 2x a Weeks.

Have u seen his training partner? His wife lol, way more jacked than me. I wonder what he was pumping her up with lol

I fucking dread to think.. Definitely more than iv ever taken.. I would hazard a guess that it's a high dose of Insulin both fast and long acting and from what iv read about his food habits he will of had her shoveling calories like no tomorrow..

Well, his doses while for sure are not low, I have seen a lot higher doses on people no where near his size.
