this is a great video guys especially for those guys that are looking for a training routine.

this guy seems to be a nice dude and is so freaking huge and his wife is biggest chick ive ever seen.

this guy trains with mostly machines not free weights which might suprise some of you guys.

the funniest part of the movie is when he goes shopping at the grocery store and the people look at him like a real freak of nature.
