Mast p. cutting cycle.

so its been a while and i am back !.

so i went and stuffed lots of chicken breasts down my throat as per some dumb member advice and adjusted my training and diet.
i have been off for quite a time now and decided to go for the mast after seeing the incredible results with wendy. i will be pinning 10 mg e3d for the first couple of weeks and take it from there.
i started last tuesday, so 2 pins down
however i am still torn between carb cycling and carb backloading (where you eat complex carbs only after training after 6 pm). so any feedback ?
i am eating around 1800 cals right now but i am losing fat slowwwlllyyy , so decided to cut down to 1600.
here we go the progress i made in the last 8 month or so

Welcome back and great progress so far! I've carb cycled and had good results but never carb backloading (intentional anyway) so I couldn't really comment on the difference. If you were losing fat at 1800 and you dropped cals to 1600 that should also help expedite the process.

Thanks steve, how did you cycle it thou like 2 high carb days 2oderate and 1 low?
 
Yay! Rana is back! Look at those full happy muscles! You look great!

I carb cycle myself although on most days it's equivalent to carb backloading since I work out in the evening. I think backloading if probably a little more difficult than cycling but it's all in finding what works for you.

Well you inspired this cycle after reading your log, i missed you and missed the place, and i am ready to shed the fluff, i will message you i need some help with the cycling

I would have said,"Try both off-cycle and see which one works best for you," but you're cranking things up already. That said both my wife and I have Carb Backloaded a lot. I love it and have always made great gains. BlueDress had a harder time though, couldn't backload like me - (eating at the same proportional quantities at the same times). We did research and found a lot of women couldn't backload as frequently as guys do - they had the same experience. She had to forego backloading 2-3 days with no carbs and then load etc or else she put on more fat and muscle. Anyway, she won't do it anymore despite the tweaking we tried - she never saw the same success I had. Apparently a lot of females react similarly. She'll carb cycle only now - that works better for her. So I recommend carb cycling!

Thanks solid [emoji4], i tried carb back loading for a week also, i was feeling like shit while my coach ( a male) found it easy, i guess we females are emotionally attached to carbs.
I will try carb cycling and see how it goes

Can't decide if i should take the day off from the gym or not, but since my coach is off too i think i will go have lunch with mum, i ve been training for 6 days in a row now, i can use the day off i guess.
Still confused with my cals, my coach says that i should keep my carbs at 70 gms per day, and i guess i will listen to him this time.

So i decided it will be like this
Legs - 120 gm carbs.
Chest and arms - 70 gms
Back and shoulders - 70 gms.
Cardio, core and glutes- 50 gms.

All coming from oats, potatoes and rice.

As for the protein i will keep it at 170 gms per day.

Oh i forgot to mention i am on GH 1.iu per day, i am mainly taking it to repair the damge of my skin and hair, and it really helps me sleep since i ve always had troubles with my sleep.

Training wise i am following mi40x routine and its doing wonders for me so far, sometimes incorporating lee priest techniques in calves and arms, but like once a monthor so, next progress pics will be taking in a month exactly

Progress pics in a month? You can always do them weekly or bi-weekly ;)
 
Wokeup today tired, exauhsted with achy joints.

Couldn't finish the whole workout today, managed to get quads and hams done, no cardio or calves.

My appetite is really fucked those days, i struggle to get 1600 cals in.
And i am very bloated, have no idea why!

Today was supposed to be a high carb day, but since i couldn't finish the workout i kept it medium carb day.

I guess the exauhstion is cause of the fucked up sleeping schedule, since its ramadan over here i ve been sleeping at 3 am and waking up 8 am.
I reallybhope the bloat will go away by Friday, cause i am going on a date, for the first time in like the past 10 month and i vepicked the outfit and i am not ready to change it!!
 
So cardio/glutes/abs/traps day. Went ok, ran into a friend at the gym and we worked out together and killed our abs.
My energy levels are horrible don't know if it cause of eating less, i managd to get 7 hrs of sleep last night and since its the weekend here i can sleeep as much as I want to.
My libido is going up, that's the only side so far.
