Day 13:
I went off track the last 2 days with food, its ramadan over here and we had a family gathering.
Back on track today with the food, and had immense energy at the gym, all my weights have gone up. BUT i am having a horrible aggression i explode at the tiniest stuff, i am very short tempered, increased anxiety and shitty feeling outside of the gym. I ve been pinning 10 mg e3d, to my knowledge this is a very tiny dosage!
My coach says i am bloated specially in the chest area, i am not noticing so!
Anyways the holidays are just 4 days away! I have to keep pushing through those 4 days at work, i have to make it to the holidays without killing anyone, maybe i can restore my danity during.
I am trying my best, but i really cant cope at work, people are noticing they think i have some personal problemsTake that anger and aggression and focus it on the weights. You'll be amazed how much it helps to be angry at weights. And they can take it.

I prefer the last optionIm gonna go with the therapy answer, when you start getting mad take a deep breath in through your nose and pay attention to only the sound of the breath. Then slowly breath it all out through your mouth still focusing on the sound.
If that doesnt work...tell em you do have personal issues and to mind theyre business.
Or just pick one and beat em up, the others will get the message.
Day 14:
Today we had the semi-annual cycle meeting, so that included iftar and desserts, i skipped desserts and had iftar only which was : rice, grilled chicken, 2 pieces of grilled kofta and sauted vegetables.
After the meeting i went to the gym, trained shoulders, bi, tri.
Since i came home i am having pain in both kidneys, dunno if its cause of the large amounts of protein or the amounts of food on iftar. Will see in the morning.
Also i feel fuller, in a good way actually and the strength is unbelievable

aww wendy thanks, thats so motivating coming from a shredded beast like you, well i quit powerlifting after hurting my shoulder (the one that was already injured before), it took me 2 month rest from any upper body workout to recover, i am following a customised version of mi40x now and its doing wonders for me, plus i train glutes dailyYou are looking soooo good! Between last year and this one you've made great gains!! Look forward to more progress stories! Are you still powerlifting?
Yep 20 ml gm per week, will increase it to 30 ml/week starting next week and welcome on boardSubbed. Good stuff so far. So you're on like 25mg/week still?
