Mast p. cutting cycle.

Day 13:

I went off track the last 2 days with food, its ramadan over here and we had a family gathering.
Back on track today with the food, and had immense energy at the gym, all my weights have gone up. BUT i am having a horrible aggression i explode at the tiniest stuff, i am very short tempered, increased anxiety and shitty feeling outside of the gym. I ve been pinning 10 mg e3d, to my knowledge this is a very tiny dosage!
My coach says i am bloated specially in the chest area, i am not noticing so!
Anyways the holidays are just 4 days away! I have to keep pushing through those 4 days at work, i have to make it to the holidays without killing anyone, maybe i can restore my danity during.

Take that anger and aggression and focus it on the weights. You'll be amazed how much it helps to be angry at weights. And they can take it.

I am trying my best, but i really cant cope at work, people are noticing they think i have some personal problems

Im gonna go with the therapy answer, when you start getting mad take a deep breath in through your nose and pay attention to only the sound of the breath. Then slowly breath it all out through your mouth still focusing on the sound.

If that doesnt work...tell em you do have personal issues and to mind theyre business.

Or just pick one and beat em up, the others will get the message.

Today we had the semi-annual cycle meeting, so that included iftar and desserts, i skipped desserts and had iftar only which was : rice, grilled chicken, 2 pieces of grilled kofta and sauted vegetables.
After the meeting i went to the gym, trained shoulders, bi, tri.
Since i came home i am having pain in both kidneys, dunno if its cause of the large amounts of protein or the amounts of food on iftar. Will see in the morning.

Also i feel fuller, in a good way actually and the strength is unbelievable

You are looking soooo good! Between last year and this one you've made great gains!! Look forward to more progress stories! Are you still powerlifting?

aww wendy thanks, thats so motivating coming from a shredded beast like you, well i quit powerlifting after hurting my shoulder (the one that was already injured before), it took me 2 month rest from any upper body workout to recover, i am following a customised version of mi40x now and its doing wonders for me, plus i train glutes daily
 
4th day in a row with no training, since its the feast over here and gyms are closed.
I laid off the gh for those 4 days, but i experienced a weird side yefterday.
I pinned 15 ml yesterday atlike 9 pm, when i went to bed at like 4 am i was so dizzy, like literally felt the bed spinning while i laid now.
Wokeup today feverish with horrible headache, any idea if this is related to the mast or not?
Went off track with the diet for 3 days, you cant really resist all the sweets and cookies during family gathering but since yesterday i am back on track.
Hitting the gym tomorrow for chest, arms and abs and seriously cant wait
 
Day 22 :

Finally was able to hit the gym today, i did chest, arms and abs.
Still suffering from raised body temperature, no matter how many cold showers i take i just feel crazy hot all day.
Diet on point today, hitting my macros finally.
During the last few month i was able to experiment with my body and see what really works, splitting my cycle like this
Day 1 : chest, arms and abs.
Day 2: back and shoulders
Day 3 :legs

So i repeat this cycle twice a week where i train for example chest and arms on the first time, the chest workouts are fancy and the arms are very ordinary and switch on the 2nd cycle, with incorporating mi40x style in each muscle.

It really worked for me and till it doesn't work anymore i am sticking to it.
My voice is cracking the whole time, (my voice never came back from the 1st cycle) so imagine it cracks when its already fucked up, mum keeps telling me quitvthe shit you are on, poor ma she thinks the whey and the NO explode are doing this
