So I've been practicing meditation for years - helps to keep me stress free, focused and in control of things.
Usually manage to find 30-60 minutes a day to just "sit", eyes closed, deep breathing..
This time of year you can find me in the early morning, usually on a rock, or table at the beach, just breathing it all in and letting go...
It's a pretty awesome feeling...
