What's up Meso....

Ex cross fitter turned Olympic weightlifter here to ride the AAS-knowledge train from an intermediate to elite level in my sport. Feel free to slap my ego around if I get out of line and I'll adjust accordingly, but I've been lurking for a while; typical board etiquette has become second nature. I'll be contributing as much knowledge as my frame of reference will allow, while absorbing your thoughts as well.

I've been working out for 9 years, dieting for 4 years.
Bodyweight: 220
Height: 6'1"
Bodyfat: 12%
Atg highbar: 495
Power clean: 385
Push jerk: 405

I've done one cycle before, 8 weeks of 600mg sust, 300mg deca, 4 week dbol kickstart.
 
Welcome to MESO bro. Damn that's a pretty good cycle for a first timer. Usually you run a TestEorC @500mgwk cycle to see how your body responds to Test alone. Curious, how were your results an gains on that one? There is a never ending supply of knowledgeable bros around here. You can find anything you want if you're willing to take the time an dig for it;)

I told my coach the same thing after reading it here, but he insisted I would be ok with said cycle, so I trusted him. He was right. I gained around 25 pounds total. 8-10 of it being lean body mass. I was mostly impressed by the drastic recovery. At one point I was training 95% every day and consistent with lifts. Was thinking test and gh for next cycle..Or should I just do test..what do you think

If it was me I would just go with 750mgwk TestE or C with a Dbol kick start. You should start a thread an ask your question here to see what everyone else thinks as well.
