Meso Community Fall/Winter '16 Bulk

That's one heavy cycle

Edit: you been talking to @Wunderpus on how to manage the insulin?

That's just the base bro[emoji6]. I plan to ramp up on the test just for experimentation. At least 1,800 maybe more we will see. I always talk big though too and then back down doses if I start to feel like shit. We'll see how it goes.

On the slin WP helped me out quite a bit last year. This will be my second blast with slin and I was up to 20u preworkout last blast without any issues. I'm going to experiment with humilin r in the morning and humalog preworkout this blast. Insulin is not all it's cracked out to be but I always go all out when I do something and like to experiment.

Mine's only got five weeks left, but here's my current bulk plan.

700mg/week test cyp
535mg/week tren ace
2iu/day HGH

~3800 calories on off days
~5000 calories on training days

Currently 210lbs
Goal is ~220lbs

Gonna recomp awhile after, then drop a few pounds to like 215lbs before my next blast and meet prep early next year. Then bulk to about 227lbs and cut to 220lbs for my meet in April.

What is your reasoning behind eating 1200 more calories on training days than rest? Wouldn't you think your body needs just as many calories for recovery as it does training? Just some thoughts. Anyone else feel free to chime in, I'm curious to hear other replies on this.

I used the same approach on a cut this year and dropped 45lbs and surpassed my previous powerlifting meet total and got pretty lean. I'm figuring I can bulk with it and not put on as much fat as just going nuts. Carbs are much higher on training days and the weekly calories have me gaining what I'm looking to gain. It's called carb cycling, by the way or the zig zag diet. Very effective in my experience.

Thanks for the detailed answer, good luck!

I'll be late to the party. Doing physique at the end of October, probably do a month at 150 test/week post comp and then start the bulk in November and run till Feb-March. Keeping it pretty simple. Dbol kickstart, 400 Test E3D, probably throw in .5 Tren A ED for the last ~8 weeks. I'm hoping to be close to 200 on stage and then I want to get to at least 240 by the end of this bulk. Last time I did a dirty bulk 5k+ cals didn't put on much fat but I don't think I got enough protein. I plant to be more strict this time around. Will probably add calories in as I go.

Our macros are very similar. i take in 30 more grams of Protein and Carbs is all. i also eat it in 4-5 meals.
one thought though, if you are using Jasmine rice, 1 cup is MUCH more than 40g of carbs. are you sure your calculations are correct?

You didnt. This one was dead. Just figured id see if any people who had posted were actually blasting since we had talked about it.
I have been! I've just been so busy with so many aspects of life, I felt as thought my contributions would be shitty and lacking... So, since no one else seemed to bump this thread, I left it alone.

Once you hit 20ius, it's a good sign its time to take a break... Reset for a few weeks and come back in at 10ius/ Now, I don't remember if you're on GH, but GH does reduce your insulin sensitivity. With that, I'd prefer an insulin "drip", so to speak, of humulin in the AM or 90 minutes pre workout... Humalog is good for weak body parts, and I like that it goes in and does it's job, then is out quick. However, humulin seems to be WAY easier to control in my experience.

3/4 cup should be like 37g carbs.

that depends on whether or not we are talking about prepared vs dry weight i suppose. yes, 3/4 of prepared is 36 grams of carbs. which in dry weight, is equivalent to 1/4 cup. so 1 cup DRY weight of jasmine is 144 grams of carbs.

i always go by dry weight and not prepared. rice can ballon up alot more depending on cook time and amount of water used. so it never made sense to me to measure cooked weight.

Thanks brother. Yes I'm running GH as well. Going to experiment with humulin r in the am this go around but I train too late in the evening to use R preworkout so will keep using humalog preworkout for the short peak. Gonna try 10-20u humulin R and 2.5 iu GH upon waking and 10-20 humalog and 2.5 GH preworkout.

I see what you mean brother. I'm talking 1 cup cooked. I always prepare the rice same and pack the measuring cup full. I call it 40g carbs I'm sure it's a little give or take. 1 cup of uncooked jasmine usually give me just over two cups cooked.

They're pretty close but definitely not absolutely correct. I don't count all the extra macros so I'm probably underestimating total calories. For example I don't count the fat in chicken or the protein in peanut butter. Chicken is only counted as protein and peanut butter is only counted as fat.

I start my big boy cycle on halloween. 1g test e and 1.2 deca 12 weeks. Maybe extend my deca 16 before dropping to trt dose of 100mg test c and 120mg deca
I'm very interested on your post I do my own trt also. Have never played around with the thought of doing Deca along with my test-e. Question have you done this before and how does it work out for you. Thanks again bro
