Mushrooms are an incredible tool to kick opiates and addictions. I prefer a 0.5 to 1 gram dose like once a long over microdosing, but that's just me. I feel I get more mental benefit in terms of life outlook and ability to realize what changes are necessary from a mini trip than a microdose. When my mental health wasn't very good. 1 to 2 times per month, then slowed to once a month then every other month maybe. Then I microdosed for a while but didnt feel it was super helpful. But lots of people love it.How often you doing the mini trips?
