MF's Test Prop - 10 week Log

Blood work isn't 50 as private md is not legal in all states. Low dose can lower your e a lot too bro, I was talking 0.25mg Adex eod and it killed my libido, I'm taking 0.125 now and feel MUCH better.

Well luckily I guessed right this time, my libido is back and I actually am starting to feel like I'm on test again hahaha. Huge relief, nothing worse than feeling like you can't even get it up to have sex...

UPDATE

less than 3 weeks left, 18 pounds up and feeling great! Still moving up in almost everything weekly. Reached a slight squat plateau but I can move past it in time. Still almost no acne, no hair loss or any other side effects I can see. No gyno, no serious bloating. I will continue this log through PCT to keep updates on how my weight and strength gains hold up.

UPDATE

sorry it's been so long since my last update, I almost forgot about this log.

Hit 205x3 bench press PR today and a 225x5 squat PR a few days ago. Also notable is my OHP PR of 135x5. My overhead dumbbell press is up at 60s for sets of ten now too (was 40s before cycle) Not really progressing in DL as fast as I wanted, but I recently switched to conventional and have been focused on getting my form down before increasing the weights, so I'm not beating myself up over it too bad.

Two weeks left as of yesterday, and I have a question for anyone who has experience with a test only cycle: should I taper off in week ten, or after week ten is over (so week 11?)

I'm bummed that the cycle is almost over, but at the same time I've gotten what I wanted out of it and I'm ready to go back to normal, the new challenge afterward will be keeping what I've put on in strength and size. I've revitalized my confidence in the gym and I feel good about the weight I'm lifting now.

I'm gonna continue this log through PCT so that anyone who's interested can see how much weight I lose, what my strength gains end up being and etc.

FINAL Log and thoughts (I think)

Hey everybody, It's been a long time since I visited this website or posted on this log, but i'm now 2 weeks into PCT and I want to let everyone know how it all turned out. Many of you advised against steroid use for an 18 year old, some of you even swore up and down I would lose all the gains, get gyno and ruin my hormones forever.

Two weeks into PCT now, and I've, despite less-than-perfect eating for the last few weeks, gained and maintained a solid 8-9 pounds of muscle. My strength dropped a bit coming off, but I am already starting to move back up, and even when I dropped I was still leagues stronger than where I started!

I did not get gyno, I didn't lose my gains, and everything sex-related is getting back to normal relatively quickly. I lost a lot of bloat weight and a bit of fat, obviously, but ended a solid 13 pounds (as of now) bigger than when I started. It worked, it was awesome, and most importantly it completely changed me as a person. I can honestly say experiencing the kind of hyper-confidence that comes from testosterone still hasn't gone away for me, despite being off (if you include the taper-down i did in the last week where i took barely any) for 3 weeks now. My sex drive obviously dropped off cycle, and I no longer get super pumped in the gym like I did, and my energy has decreased dramatically, but the confidence, for some reason, I kept. I feel like a whole new fuckin person.

If you love the sport of weightlifting, know about proper lifting and dieting and want to improve vastly in a short amount of time, put in the research, learn about proper PCT, dosage and sources, and make your own, informed decision. Fuck the people on here who bitch at you for being "too young" because your 18 or 19 and "too inexperienced" because you've been lifting for a shorter period of time than they have. Be smart enough to learn facts for yourself and make your own decision.

For everyone who supported me on here throughout the cycle, thank you guys, you all rock. But to those other little shit heads who swore to me it would ruin my body and my life for various reasons, thank you guys even more, because proving you wrong was all the motivation I needed.

Thank you for so eloquently and completely portraying an arrogant fuckhead teenager obviously too immature to make any life altering desicions. Nothing bad happened so it was ok? In our face? I heard heroin was bad- shoot some and prove them wrong.

You, my friend, are a fucking asshole. I would stomp on your fucking head until clear fluids leaked out- all 13 pounds worth. You could move forward in life knowing the consequences of taking such a disrespectful tone with a real man.

I'll guarentee not many of us waited till 25 to get on the sauce, I wish someone had advised me to wait but no one I knew, knew any better.

Seems like guys were trying to help you and guide you in the right direction, but you sound like an 18 yr old child, who obliviously knows more than everyone else.

So why ask for cycle advise?
Smart guy?

Congrats on not getting gyno, or losing your gains yet. Be sure to come back and ask for advise next time

Age 18, started 160lbs and 2 weeks into PCT your results are that you're up 8 - 9 lbs? That's a f'ked up first cycle to me. Especially at the risk of possibly not recovering your previous natty levels. @ 18 years old and 160 lbs, you could've gained 8 - 9 lbs with diet alone.

By the way, 2 weeks into PCT isn't even enough time to judge if you kept your gains.

Sounds like you have it all figured out. I will be on the lookout for your TRT questions in the Men's Health Forum in the near future. Take care jr.

Arrogant teenager? Yeah dude! The worst thing about my age is that people use it against me in arguments because they don't have anything better to use.
Was it OK because nothing bad happened? Obviously.
Is heroin the same thing as testosterone? Probably not.

Okay, keyboard warrior, you call me an asshole after you sit here and spout pseudoscience at a bunch of younger guys telling them they're gonna experience these horrible effects if they don't wait until they're like 25 and can pull 500+ and try to tell me you're gonna "beat me up" after I give evidence to the contrary.

You remind me of those assholes who always told me "don't squat deep because it's gonna ruin your knees and ankles" despite that being wholly bullshit, and now two years later after I've been squatting deep forever and I don't have even the slightest hint of pain in my knees or ankles, they say stupid shit like "oh well if you tried heroin and nothing bad happened does it make it ok?"or "oh you're just two years in, just you wait" and that's their argument. No "real man" would come on a steroid log and start talking shit to some kid who proved him wrong... that's just hardcore insecurity right there, buddy. You don't even know what the fuck a real man is if that's your idea of one.

I could have put on 8-9 pounds of solid muscle in 10 weeks... dude. I wish you could grow that fast as a teenager, but that's just not even remotely possible no matter how old you are. Not even noob gains work that fast.

Ok seriously bud, I asked for advice sooooo many times on this forum and others, the only answer I ever got (aside form a few very helpful older guys who told me you people who were telling me I had to wait were full of shit) was "don't do it" and no, I didn't listen to those people because no matter how many times I argued with them and asked them to tell me WHY it was going to ruin my body, they could never seem to give me any real reason. It was all shit like I'm seeing now... "oh just you wait you stupid teenager" and "have fun getting gyno because you were to dumb to listen" but no one could tell me WHY. I had ONE guy try to explain it and almost everything he told me was complete bullshit (we can now find out when people bullshit us thanks to google).

So you, at 18, who would you listen to? The people who can't back up what they're saying at all, or the people who can? I did get good advice from older more experienced people, it just wasn't the same as the advice you're trying to give me. The difference is, they were right.
