Middle aged guys (~40+) I have a question for you

I just have a simple question, but I hope for it to provoke some thinking and to help out myself, as well as some of the other younger guys here, who are still deciding what to do with their lives.

When you were a kid, lets say up until your early-mid twenties, what was your biggest dream/goal? And if you didn't reach that goal/dream, if you could go back in time, would you risk everything you had to go for it?

Early-mid twenties my only goals were beer and pussy. At the time I didn't realize they were the two most abundant commodities on the planet. If I could go back, I would choose different goals... and risk everything to achieve them.

Never really had any goals but have no complaints with the way things have turned out so far.

Totally different goals now than in my 20's. So I wouldn't change anything. Back then the mark of success seemed to be a big house, fancy car, and lots of money. As I started getting older I realized that having time and a piece of fucking mind meant a lot as well. I've seen so many peoples lives ruined by money. I began seeing that more things acquired sometimes meant more headache and stress. My goal went from a big home, new car, and tons of money, to a simple life that was more stress free. I could have chosen a path that would have taken me away from the gym and gone for wealth over health, but I never did. I enjoy my life a lot more than a lot of people probably do.
