168 Beats Per Minute

+1 that I believe you’re safe as long as heart rate comes down to your standard RHR.
83 is slightly elevated for RHR. Is this where it sits upon waking, or as you go about your day?

I believe those charts are for general population who may not get the same level of exercise. If you are conditioned and able to comfortably handle sustained heart rate, consider yourself in better condition.
83 Is not high. There are ppl that have 90 as normal rest rate and they are not obese or anything.

Resting heart rate is really subjective if you don't go above 100 you are fine. Spoke to many cardiologist about it and they all told me the same.

My wife doesn't do any cardio and has 56/60 HR

Me even when doing lots of cardio never saw anything below 75 lol

i
I have not done any of these things that do not come with a blood test.

My blood pressure and heart rate are controlled by pharmacology . . . :(

I know you are not a doctor, nor did you stay at a Holiday Inn last night, but do you suggest guys who exercise a lot do the first three things?
recently completed a complete heart evaluation with everything except a "calcium score" which i will be getting done sometime inMarch/April according to my cardiologist, the stress test with dye the echocardiogram, Everything came back completely normal for a 51 year old with a long history of aas use as well as recreational drugs back in the day,, I'm looking forward to the calcium score test though,,

Eco Scan of Heart and EKG should be done once a year imho for a person using AAS especially when you go further down the road :)

Can give you fantastic indication of early enlargement over the limits or anything happening to your heart that should be evaluated etc.
