Well as you stated yourself, he hadn't ordered but was going to soon... so any freebies were not included with a order he made which if that were the case then yes would be entirely different

Not sure why you guys keep picking on Mindless, he won his cycle fair and square in a contest. It wasn't any charity or free samples he was begging for... as for the comment in the @pharmacist thread, I don't know the story behind it but don't you need to order first then he adds free samples of things to your order? There is no indication he didn't order... just said he will be ordering soon. That's no reason to hang someone to dry nor is it evidence of any wrong doing.

I think anyone that is suspected of accepting free gear would be questioned in a similar fashion. If there is a good explanation and he is being falsely accused then he has every opportunity to refute the allegations. Nobody here is immune from scrutiny. If I made suspicious statements about receiving free samples I would expect to called out for it. For the record Mindless doesn't bother me like he seems to bother others but I don't have any issue with his comments being questioned.

In this post he openly admits to being sent a free sample because he was "planning" on ordering. I don't see how it's possible he received free samples unless he specifically asked for them. When was the last time you received free samples because you were "planning" to order something? I know I have never received free samples for "planning" to order.

I have no personal experience with then so I can't comment with great certainty but I am pretty sure that they don't. Those two are the ones that can clear this up but I highly doubt he will venture outside of his own thread and comment either

Personally I have NEVER received free samples BEFORE ordering....typically that happens after the order is already placed and filled/done... even with protein, I order protein and get samples with my order... never heard of people getting free stuff BEFORE ordering... I don't know, that's odd to me.

Has anyone asked Mindless to clarify?

I did not necessarily have a problem with that however the other allegations I have a major problem with. I have seen a lot of evidence to back them up also and have yet to see anyone post proof that they are not true. I did not have a problem with him until that shit was brought to light.
