I am glad you made it. Take care.2 tabs from the street and it was definitly a heart attack. All i know. 8 years ago? I always wonder if my heart got weaker or it rebound. But getting off topic
bro we understand he is trying to get huge and will take care of himself. If you want to saves lives everyone you see eating mcdonalds slap it out of their hands. Slap the smokes out of ppls mouths. and burn down all the bars k?Im just trying to save a life, but yea you guys are right. Let him die if he wants it. Hope everyone reading will have more value for life!
But if ya die with a child, it makes you into the biggest fucking loser on the planet.
@Mishka1903 yes this is a valid question i do hope you get huge af lol so i can say i know a real life mutant@Mishka1903 what exactly is preventing you from getting any bloodwork? Honest question because I am from a country where there are no labs that do private testing just like the US of A. I can only get tests through my urologist and gp, thus not get all the parameters needed to monitor as a juicer.
no one should watch the olympias thenNoone should support this. Period.
My idea at one point was a modified Olympia (I'm sure I wasnt the first to propose it?).no one should watch the olympias then
Good idea. Maybe every competitor should also carry a scrapbook, and scrapbook design makes up 1/3 of the points? My idea at one point was a modified Olympia (I'm sure I wasnt the first to propose it?).
50% of score is traditional judging. Other 50% is bloodwork. Would be very instructive and while the judges are giving credit on the genes providing physical "beauty" they might as well also assign credit to the genes responsible for drug tolerance as well. Competitors don't have to disclose drugs/doses but while they are posing their bloodwork is being reviewed on the overhead screen. Something for everyone and youngsters will learn alot.
I'm sure he was taking 1ml test 1ml decca and 4iu. "on a cruise"No need to be cheering for me.
I guess this is what it takes to get huge. I stress: I guess.
I am pretty sure 99% of Bodybuilders are not honest about their consume. I always laugh out loud hearing people like Markus Ruhl saying they only took like 1 ml Test 1 ml Deca per week and 4 IU GH per day. Sure. And even if that would ever be true: why don’t take like 2 ml and 6 IU to finally win the
Probably affraid to see the damage and wants to be able to tell him self hes fine an keep blasting.@Mishka1903 what exactly is preventing you from getting any bloodwork?
To be honest, first of all, I am just too lazy to drive the way to this laboratory. It is like half an hour to the laboratory and half an hour back.@Mishka1903 what exactly is preventing you from getting any bloodwork? Honest question because I am from a country where there are no labs that do private testing just like the US of A. Thats like less than how much it costs to run your stack for a weekit costs me like 100 €
as I got no idea, honest question, would one be able to see something like an "incoming stroke" or similar on the bloodpanels?Thats like less than how much it costs to run your stack for a week
if you got bloodwork and monitored your health, you could do this blasting shit for 10+ years. If you stroke out, you're done after 2. Do you think you'll get bigger in 2 years or 10?
At the very least take care of your blood pressure. Take telmisartan, you won’t lose anything, it benefits every bodybuilder on gear.To be honest, first of all, I am just too lazy to drive the way to this laboratory. It is like half an hour to the laboratory and half an hour back.
Second thing would be, it costs me like 100 € - last time I've been there (Dec. 2022) I've done my last bloodwork, and it has been something around that pricetag.
Last but not least, I feel "normal" - nothing unusual or something. I am a kind of person, if I get like a headache, even for 2-3 weeks, I don't go to see a doctor - I just w8 and then it is gone just like it appeared.
Everytime I did a bloodwork, it came back with pretty good results, for what I am doing.
Plus I am pretty sure I would not stop blasting, just because of a bloodwork.
And in all honesty, I don't "love my life" enough, like, I hate most of it. Maybe it sounds childish or something, but I hate going to work a regular job, I hate being "poor" and not being able to do whatever I want every day and buy whatever I need (not necessarily like being a millionair, that would be awesome too, but - just buy all I "need" to life bodybuilding and just do that, not work a shitty 9-5 regular job for bad payment) .... so I kinda guess I'd be more careful, if I'd be happier with my life. Like, I don't want to actively kill myself or something, but often times I think, when I die, I die.
Oh, I take Telmisartan + Nebivolol. 80 mg Telmisartan 5 mg Nebivolol. Just to for "prevention". I always thought: Why should I wait until I get a stroke instead of helping out the heart before I even get one.At the very least take care of your blood pressure. Take telmisartan, you won’t lose anything, it benefits every bodybuilder on gear.
You won’t be able to become mutant if your kidneys fail early. I hope you do the minimum to keep yourself healthy so you can reach your goal.
lblood pressure monitor would. Blood work would give you a headsup on incoming organ failure. and likeliness to get clots / embolismsas I got no idea, honest question, would one be able to see something like an "incoming stroke" or similar on the bloodpanels?
Read the thread!@Mishka1903 you ever take tren?
Hehe, yes, I did.@Mishka1903 you ever take tren?
