I guess this is what it takes to get huge. I stress: I guess.

I am pretty sure 99% of Bodybuilders are not honest about their consume. I always laugh out loud hearing people like Markus Ruhl saying they only took like 1 ml Test 1 ml Deca per week and 4 IU GH per day. Sure. And even if that would ever be true: why don’t take like 2 ml and 6 IU to finally win the Olympia?

Edit: I guess someone like Heiko Kallbach is honest. Or Milos.
Heiko said he took 13 grams of steroids per week and 36 IU GH per day. That seems like an Olympia size cycle.


But, if some of you guys know how to create super human mutants, just tell me how I can force my body into growth even more - without taking more steroids tho :D … only thing I am gonna add soon are 6 IU of GH - maybe going up to like 12. but that’s it. No idea what else I should do.

You had an IFBB professional bodybuilder post twice in your thread already. He has a log here from years ago, before he was an IFBB pro, which details a lot of his hormones, diet, training, etc.

He had not reason to lie about his usage, which changed a lot as he kept trying to compete and get up the ladder to eventually become a pro.

I am sure some of the others you posted about were honest in using very high dosages, too. They can both be right. And just because somebody took mega dosages, does not mean that they needed all of that to get where they were. Like 13 grams and 36 iu - If he had been using 10 grams and 30 iu, would he have still gotten there? We'll never know.

Certainly not "Just 1cc a week of test and half a cc of deca" log, but not the sort of insane doses that you seem to think are required to be a pro, and, remember, in spite of the failures he had along the way, he became a pro. It is a great read from which everybody who reads it learns a lot - he ought to be paid for it like book royalties. I modified what I was doing based on what I read there, and I credit that in part to getting a bodybuilding trophy.


You also ought to log some more information for us. We see your cycle and some photos, but what are you eating? What does your training look like?

When are you going to cut and lean up? <--- Not implying anything. I am just curious what your plans were. I'd be interested in seeing how you turn out once you strip the fat off.

Thank you for your post! I will defo look @Mac11wildcat's log up as I am constantly intereted to learn from better people than me.

Maybe I seem(ed) a bit arrogant or something like that - but I am humble af - I just don't like the way some people that clearly don't look like me or better "attack" me for doing what I do and being honest. I mean, I have no clue what I am doing and I just "try".

What a coincidence you ask about leaning up, I just started exactly 7 days ago, to start tighten up a bit - not planning to go sub10% bf or something like that - just get a bit more veiny and grainy - flatter belly :D ... maybe a bit of abs.

Dropped the slin completely for that.

My eating / macros atm:
3100 calories
329 c
58 f
312 p

Routine is (my weakpoints are everything, but mostly the arms):
Monday: chest and tris (5 ex. chest / 2 ex. tris)
Tuesday: back and bis (5 ex. back / 2 ex. bis)
Wednesday: legs (adductors / 2 ex. hams / 3 ex. quads)
Thursday: shoulders and chest (4 ex. shoulders / 2 ex. chest)
Friday: arms (3 ex. tris / 3 ex. bis)

4-6 reps on everything
2-3 sets on everything
90-150 sec rest between
99% on machines, maybe 1 or 2 free exercises

maybe adding abs somewhere - never really did abs - read planks would be "awesome" as they also train transvere abs which would also tighten up the bubble gut a bit :D ...

Will have a lot of trouble with my wife, when she gets that I am "cutting" - she hates the look and she hates the process even more (I am mad 24/7 and hungry)

but that look, that my wifey called "disgusting" would be a nice conditioning, to hide year round under my 4 XL oversize shirts... LOL.

You are 10% or lower already. I did not realize you were as lean as that picture.

Why do you write, "maybe a bit of abs?" You have abs from top to bottom!

Too kind as always. The threads due for an update. You can all see what an active pro is using. @malfeasance is correct, I have zero motivation to be fraudulent. I don’t owe anybody here anything nor is anybody in the industry paying me. We’ve had 5 years of guys claiming they use either 10 grams or 500mg. There are certainly guys doing both. Neither is the norm.
 
Just been to the pharmacy and got myself a (free) glucometer. Sadly without the „reading stripes“? So I gotta order them separately as they did not have any.

Your body fat percentage is kind of high, but you are huge, so it would be difficult (for me) to estimate.

Why not lean up some and see what you have built?

Judging by your photos in post #1, you have a good shape when lean, and you obviously know how to do it.

Oh I am currently leaning up / tightening up :)

I am "cutting" like 2 weeks now - already lost around 20 lbs - I guess mostly water :D ...

still same routine - but I try to shoot for a bit higher reps, like 8-12 - to prevent injury from going to heavy. Would you advise that? Never tried to do 4-6 reps on a cut.

still same eating, thank god up until now 0 hunger.

Doing 30 mins of fasted cardio every morning, 1 hour after taking 30 mg Yohimbine HCL and 25 mcg T3.

In the evening (~12 h after first dose) I take another 25 mcg of T3.

I also started taking MT2 yesterday, 125 mcg - going for 2 x 125 mcg today, 2 x 250 mcg tomorrow, 2 x 500 mcg on sunday. On monday I start with 1000 mcg per day until I am satisfied. I will also go to the tanning booth next week.


I did also just chang up my cycle yday, going for:

700 mg Test
700 mg Mast
700 mg Primo
500 mg Tren
50 mcg T3
25 IU of Abasaglar (Lantus) in the morning
12 IU of Apidra (Novorapid) pre workout

Looking forward to add 20 mg GW501516, 20 mg SR9009 and 20 mg and 20 mg MK-2866.

When fat loss slows down significantly, I am going to give HGH Frag and 5-AMINO-1MQ a try - never did any of that. Also I'd go up to a maximum of 75 mcg T3.
