Mitigating losses while off

Any solutions to mitigate loss while off cycle? I`m gonna take a big break from any AAS. In the past, I just accepted mass loss, even lost inspiration to lift and eat regularly. I`ll discipline myself to keep at it, but any sarms or other solutions that anyone has experience with helping? No GH, I don`t need my heart getting any bigger.
