Mixing with TRT

Im wondering if it would be safe to use the following..

TRT .50mg 2 x per week
Hgh 2iu per day
Retatrutide with a dosing regime

Also wondering about BPC-157 /TB500
Can I include all of the above together or is it best to use the first 3 for 24 weeks, then start the bpc/tb500

Why do I ask, well there conflicting information but there's quality information regarding Semaglutide and hgh, etc..
(Not all together in 1 pin)

Any thoughts would be helpful

I'm on trt anyways
Hgh I run 2iu daily at bed time

I'll just add in reta first run it for 2 weeks and if fine and no sides I'll add on the 157/tb500
