First time I took mk, hunger was stupid. Like I would eat 1000 cals and be starving a legit 30 min later and within an hour be having hunger pains. This time in the same batch it was only like that for 2 weeks. Now nothing. And I have never got numb hands.

I feel like it's still doing something, but it seems like the body might adapt to it quickly for whatever reason.

From the studies and blood work it's still raising igf levels and does so for over a year at the same dose. So it's still working, your body just adapts to the sides pretty quickly.

Showstoppa, meant to ask... do you suggest taking same dosage, or whatever is logical and that you can handle for 1 year at a time, over a year, cycle for a period on then come off before completing a year, what have you found best?
 
Run it as long as possible imo as it's supposed to get better and better. Longest I personally have run is 4 months though but plan on a whole year this time outside of a two week stretch in July and then possiblly one in sept, as I will be beaching it up and want to drop any water I might be carrying.

My theory on it is this, if it continues to raise igf levels then continue as long as you can or until blood work shows it's no longer the case.

As far as dosages, I am a huge believer in running the minimum that gives you the results you desire for all peds, especially aas and hgh/peptides. Let's say you use 50mg this time, where the fuck are you going to go from there? Mks ability to raise igf levels is dose dependent but unless you are competing why not run the least possible to give the results you desire? Hope it makes sense. Now when a dosage is no longer working in your opinion, sure raise it. But mk is a long mans game.

Just remember, and this goes for everyone, unless you plan to go pro to make a living out of this and I am talking stepping on to the Olympia/Arnold stage type pro, then we are playing chess here. It's all about health and getting he results you desire while maximizing benifits vs negatives. Let the idiots in the gym blasting 5g of gear screaming about science says this and that (pump/volume training and protein intake) continue to play checkers while you play the long game and still look better than them.

Btw if you are not getting the results you want from any of this stuff we use, add 150g protein and get stronger every damn session and come back in 3 months and tell me it was still the gear( not saying there is not bunk out there).

Also, was filling some caps last night with MK (as I bought the liquid), and I realized that I'm only getting 0.8ml or so in each cap. So I've actually been taking what's advertised as 40mg for that amount from this company.

Going to drop dose to 25mg nightly, and begin CJC-1295

Edit: I had to go in this afternoon instead of morning so bloods weren't taken fasted, cuz I was starving lol. Anyone know if this will affect IGF lab results?

Is that a good sign? Seems like it's quite common at least
thats what ive heard but im new to peptides ive only had igf-1 lr3 and fake ghrp 6 lol
