“Zopiclone is a sleeping pill that belongs to a group of drugs called NON-benzodiazepine hypnotics. It has a different structure to benzodiazepine sedative hypnotics”
Post in thread 'Harm reduction in the Steroid Underground subforum - this is NOT a source forum'

You can commit suicide with Zopiclone. That's not what this forum is about.
From a forum when peds is the main drugs we talk and has interest in harm reduction to selling drugs to be able to take your life is a long road.
Cool it's not a true benzo but isn't a ped either and with the "help" of it you can kill yourself.
It's against the rules but to be honest I stop to give a shit. Go ahead and market marijuana as it's not benzo. Make this forum a small silk road if you want
Why I tried to be the policeman I don't know but I believe we follow the guidance and common sense for a bit but clearly isn't the case..

Oh hell. Here are examples of medications that can cause depression and suicide or suicidal ideation. You might recognize them…

1. Birth control - ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel)
2. Beta blockers - metoprolol
3. Steroids - prednisone
4. Sedatives - alprazolam
5. Proton pump inhibitors- omeprazole
6. Anticonvulsants- gabapentin
7. Analgesics - Tramadol
8. Antidepressants- Trazodone
9. Hormone modifiers - Finasteride
10. Other - Armodafinil
11. Hormones - Progesterone
12. Other - Isotretinoin
13. Analgesics - Ibuprofen
14. Corticosteroids - Cortisone
15. Hormone Modifiers - Anastrozole
16. Hormone Modifiers - Cabergoline
17. Hormone Modifiers - Estradiol
18. Hormone Modifiers - Exemestane
19. Hormone Modifiers - Testosterone

Bottom line is those sleep meds are not benzodiazepines and there are hundreds of meds offered by every PCT and UGL that could cause suicide under the right conditions

There's also the widespread selling of clenbuterol. albuterol, both potentially deadly, and the fact that AAS use is higher mortality of all types.

Death from Zopiclone monointoxication is very rare.

"Harm Reduction" means being aware of how to use a substance safely, and the substance being provided is not inherently unsafe.

It does not mean gate keeping.

How common are those meds used by people who commit suicide?
How many people used ibuprofen to kill himself? Or Finasteride?
You can commit suicide if you drink enough water or eat enough bananas but how common is used by those people?
Zopiclone is used in 17% of cases of suicide..
But like I said make this forum a silk road. I don't give a shit.

@Millard can you clarify if a source having zopiclone or eszopiclone (Lunesta) on a public price list violates Meso's harm reduction principles?

I absolutely consider Lunesta a PED and it has benefitted my life by a lot. It is not addictive, you don't build a tolerance to it, I feel more alert and well rested the next day after using it.

It's a "narcotic" in the same sense that bupropion (Wellbutrin) is a narcotic. People used to inject it, but really who the fuck is doing that? Antidepressant Wellbutrin becomes ‘poor man’s cocaine’ on Toronto streets | Globalnews.ca

Honestly eszopiclone would have to be in my top 5 list of compounds I use along with Testosterone.
