At 169 pounds you simply do not need the kind of doses you are talking about to gain muscle. You can gain off of a lot less. Save the higher doses for when you are bigger and you need them. Like I said, there is an IFBB pro here on the forum who has never run the type of doses you are talking about. As you get bigger, yes, you are going to need more. At your size, however, you are just asking for a bunch of side effects and health impacts with no extra size. You can only grow so much muscle in a short period of time. Injecting 10 grams won't grow 50 pounds in a month. I wish it worked that way, mrsloppyboo, but it doesn't. As I wrote above, it takes time. It takes years to get where you want to be. You cannot do it in one cycle, and pushing the dosages won't make it happen. I am just telling you the blunt truth.
If you hold up as idols guys who are dead or have ruined their health, then at least listen to the one who is still alive tell you to do it healthier than the way he did it.
