Very well. Just resting. Family went down to the food court. My 8 year old daughter was bored and hungry. LOL

Yea right , I spent 2 months in Heart PT after heart surgery w/ another 6 months of calisthentics then another 6 months of lightweight-lifting . 14 months later my sternum was healed enough for medium heavyweights. Its a long adventure for sure....
