Moving form being a lurker and from continent! EU era coming up

I’ve been a long-time lurker here, I used to be quite active in the online scene of South America. Now, settled in the EU, I’m looking forward to contributing and being part of this great space during this new chapter.


A little about me — I’ve been lifting for over half my life and have had a passion for sports medicine and science even longer. I have a background in Medicine, although I didn’t end up specializing in sports medicine professionally. That said, I’m eager to share what knowledge I’ve gathered over the years and to keep learning from all of you.


I also have some plans to bring business over here to Europe, but I’ll share more on that in future posts!
