muscle cramps in sleep

i have been gettin muscle cramps in the middle of the night all over my legs while im on this shit hirts. it only happens at night is this normal or could it be like a vitamin defficancy or nutrient that i am lacking? its like a muclse spams where you mucsle like sqeezes up into a ball like some people call them a "chally horse" if that helps anyone know what im talking about.
 
Are you taking Tren ?? I was having the same prob w/tren doing 100mg ed. Cut back to 75mg ed and increased my potassium intake and cramps went away.
 
how lean are you guys? it happens when i diet get up and eat a pickle or you can start too take magnesuim, potassium and calcium supp, which you can take before workout helps good

yeahthen its just normal muscle cramps you ust need to make sure your replenshing your fluids after you workout and uptake your water, when your bodyfat gets lower you tend to lose alot of minerals and salts that cause cramping

I no longer get them , i was told at one point about potassiam, and took that advice also,,i also did increase the water intake,

stretch your muscle like a wild man, it helps me if I do them right before bed,
 
I was getting them in my abs and legs pretty bad daily during training and rest. I was also taking hGH at 3iu a day, i started drinking less water...still almost a gallon a day....more gatorade....upped my calcium (coral or citrate), magnesium, zinc...and take 2 pottassium capsules (90mg each) twice daily. That did the trick. Good luck.
