would be a hell of a snow job- duck was nice but borderline illiteracy issues; tao was exceedingly well spoken with an almost palpable camraderie that sucked me in as a new guy. he was the only reason I bought from pep- nobody ran ANY fucking bloods on that shit and I dropped thousands at Christmastime on that fucking garbage. that will teach me to choose gear over family.
Best thing Millard did with this new lay out was get rid of the vet status after 1k posts.

I was snooping around asf looking for info on MFL and stumbled on this. It seems MFL's reps have developed a bit of an obsession with Meso. One of them even started a thread on poor old Meso.

Millard, I know Heavyiron is a sponsor here but the guy is a fucking hypocrite. I've never liked him because he's a gear whore but taking shots at you and Meso crossed the line. The garbage he wrote really pisses me off.
Millard, I again want to publicly commend you for going against the traditional model of censored boards and subjecting yourself to the scorn and ridicule of certain cowardly veterans and administrators because you have chosen to follow your conscience and provide an uncensored forum.
I have no doubt that most of Meso's detractors will emphatically state they fully believe in the concepts of liberty and free speech but when it comes right down to it, they don't. They don't because they are cowards. Cowards who are so scared of being truly free that they are willing to give it up for the protection afforded them by what they perceive as a benevolent dictatorship. But no dictatorship is ever benevolent. By its very nature a dictatorship is a malevolent force. And nothing is ever more malevolent than the censorship of speech.

You should feel great pride for having the courage to not just say that you believe in something but to act on it.
