In the past i have tried using walkmen and discplayers during my weight training sessions.For some reason i always feel they are distracting to me.Many of my friends say on the other hand it helps them train harder but for some reason i always end up tugging on the wired, adjusting my headset etc and eventually put them away.Dont get me wrong i always listen to my music when doing my cardio (Metallica n the like is my fav then) but during heavy sets it seems to be distracting.What about you guys? Do you wear your music players all the time when u work out?For my birthday i have got a nike PS 128 max Mp3 player so ill try it in the gym today.Lets see
