My 18-Month Transformation: Leaner with TRT, Tirzepatide, HGH, and Masteron

Hi everyone!
I’m 46, and I’d like to share my 18-month transformation journey.

I started in June 2023 with a natural approach, focusing on diet and training for the first six months. In January 2024, I transitioned to TRT ++ (200 mg testosterone enanthate/week) and introduced tirzepatide at the same time. By June 2024, I added HGH and Masteron (200 mg enanthate/week) + TrenAce (10mg/day) to refine my progress further. What’s remarkable is that while I maintained my weight at 105–108 kg, my body composition completely transformed.

This forum has been my source of guidance, and I’m excited to show the results and share what I’ve learned along the way.

TRT:

I started with 200 mg of testosterone enanthate weekly in January 2024 and later in June switched to testosterone undecanoate (200 mg every 10-14 days) for convenience.

Tirzepatide:

Tirzepatide was a game-changer, not just for appetite control but also for how it optimized insulin activity in my body. This led to more efficient fat burning and energy utilization.
Also it completely wiped out my need to eat sweets...I haven't eat any for months.

HGH:

I took 2 u.i./day (u.g.l.) first thing in the morning fasted, can not take it before sleep as it's ruined my sleeping at all.

Patience, consistency, and moderation were the main ingredients of my recipe. Tirzepatide was a breakthrough for managing cravings and optimizing insulin, while Masteron and HGH helped refine the final look.

This forum gave me the knowledge to approach everything safely and effectively."

I aim to maintain my current results while continuing to refine my physique. My focus will remain on sustainable practices and sharing my experiences to help others in this community.

A huge thank you to everyone on this forum for the invaluable guidance and support! This transformation wouldn’t have been possible without the insights shared here. I’m happy to answer questions, provide details, or hear about your journeys as well.

Congratulations. Your body looks 10 years younger in the second picture.

Why did you choose 200mg Test E a week and 200mg of Masteron a week. My personal opinion is that this could have been achieved without TRT or with a TRT dosage (commonly 100 to 125 mg a week), especially with the Tirzepatide and HGH added.

I started with TestE at 100mg/week....got to 200 after 6-8 weeks, out of curiosity....discovered that is the best dose with no noticeable sides.

I added Mast for the AI effect....I wanted my e2 to go down a little....it works for me.

With Tirz in place, hunger suppression and all, sometimes you need so.ething to compensate.

I started taking 5-amino-1mq, about 2 weeks ago....

It's a wonder molecule: it really helps with burning fat and converting the fat into energy....more reps with even more weights even if caloric defict is in place.

The only downside is that affects sleep quality quite a lot.

I'll keep using it, hoping that the sleep will adjust.

How much of your progress do you attribute to the TrenA? How were the side affects?
I used it as a preworkout...

At that dose I can't complain of sides....except for the sleep, I am very affected by any cns stimulants...sleep was better with ketotifenum.

I can afirm that it has an effect on strength, even more hunger suppression and it gave me a good pump in the gym+more muscle definition.

I am planning on changing it for test base, I already made a suspension myself but it only works with a 18G needle... I have to wait for my Ingredients to arive because I’m not going to kill myself injecting with that....I'll make it in an oil base instead of water.

You've made significant progress! Great to see bro

I honored to see you here.

Can you believe that actualy I started my journey after seeing one of the @scruff post about his journey and the fact that he was trained by you?

It was the fist time when I saw the use of tirzepatide....I've seen the before and after photos.....I've seen the skin hanging on the belly in the "after" photos and I started to visualize.

Later I read most of your post and I used all the information from there.

I am so glad for the oportunity I have right here to: THANK YOU !

Keep going!

Where do you go from here? What is the plan?

Are you still taking Tirzepatide? Are you going to be able to control your nutrition without it?

Does he need to stop the tirzepatide for some reason? I’d imagine based on his posts here that he’s pretty bullish on continuing. Notably, fat loss persists significantly even after withdrawal from these drugs under experimental conditions

I am asking, not telling him a need.

I did not realize that this could be a lifelong commitment, like TRT.
Oh yeah man, I’d actually categorize incretins as something worthwhile for lifelong use at least arguably UNLIKE TRT for many people myself. I think the myth that total suppression is assured needs to die, it’s exceedingly rare.

By corollary, the myth that all AAS are equally, totally suppressive is pernicious. 150 mg of Anadrol daily for like 6 months only reduces testosterone like 57%ish, and so its anabolism more than makes up that deficit while permitting spermatogenesis.

Not a cycle recommendation, just a point

What is your dosing protocol? My impression is that 5-amino-1mq is potentially cool but too expensive to use in efficacious doses, like a gram or so per day. Companies are selling milligrams because that is affordable.

I'm still on with Tirz: the appetite suppression is not the same at this moment but I'm ok with less than 10mg/week, I don't want/need to increase the dose .

Even if I am eating more than 3-6 months ago, Tirz is still making its magic, by managing the way insulin and insulin receptors works, I guess.

A few days ago I incorporated dextrose-creatine-glutamine in my shake before training, first thing in the morning on a empty stomach ... this will be a "soft bulking" attempt as I'm trying to recompose a little ... I am so against adding too much mass and using too much gear for that.

It's 20mg/day, 1 pill the effect it's noticeable enough for me.
I tryed 30mg for once and it's cool but my sleep gets affected and I don't like that.

I can testify that even on such a low dose, the effect is enough ... maybe because of the conjunction with Tirz, but it's there: increased fat loss, increased strength, increased endurance, better appetite control.
