My 1st Cycle Log

Well to update, I've been taking adex .25mg every day except for Sunday. That's 1.5mg a week and my joints feel great. Dropped some more carbs and upped my protein again. I have stayed at the same weight but I have leaned out even more. Not trying to lean out I just haven't needed 300g of carbs. Still weigh 206. Strength is up. Endurance is up. Size is up. Life is good.
 
Also if my nipples start to look weird to me or if they feel weird I'm going to hit up the pharmacist on here and grab some pharma adex and definitely some pharma pct. the pct I have isn't pharma and I don't want to risk the underdosed/bunk ugl stuff, especially for pct.
 
To update. Middle of week 7. Upped adex to .25ED. I feel more comfortable and my nips look less puffy. Dropped carbs down to about 160 on some days. Protein Has stayed at 340-380g a day. Weight is at 207 with ~8-9% bodyfat. Definitely still gaining size and strength. Going to pin quads next time. Have had trouble reaching glutes so I let my gf do it for me this past time and she stabbed too low and into a vein lol.

Pharmacist takes 12-15 days after the money is collected, so don't wait until the last minute.
 
Also to update about my training. I dont know if I mentioned this previously. For my cycle I changed my routine from 6-10 reps of heavy weight to 12-15 slower controlled reps. Barely any rest and a lot of super sets. Took two weeks off of barbell bench and came back to it this week. Decided to do lower reps and see where my strength is. I was moving about 20lbs more weight for more reps than I was before cycle just on bench. wouldve tried heavier if I had a spot. cycle is going great.
 
To update. Weight is at 211. Still ~7-8% bf. This past week I don't know what happened. I guess it kicked in. I WAS HUNGRY 24/7. literally would eat until I could not move my jaw anymore and would still be hungry. I haven't uploaded my diet so I am today.

10:00 shake (pb, whey, milk) - 72/32/30
10:00 4 eggs - 24/20/1
10:00 oatmeal - 5/3/30

2:00 1 scoop whey (post workout) 24/0/1

4:00 16 oz sirloin steak - 104/60/0
4:00 1/2 cup rice - 8/0/74

6:00 9 oz pork loin - 66/9/0
6:00 1/2 cup rice - 8/0/74

8:00 9oz pork loin - 66/9/0

10:00 shake (pb, whey, milk) - 72/32/30

Total - ~4000cals 377p/165f/239c

*pork is swapped out with tilapia, salmon, or chicken. I usually eat the same two meats throughout a week because I buy my meats in bulk (4-6+lbs at a time).

Well. To update I'm repping what was essentially my max a year ago for 4 sets of 8-12. Still 215. Leaned out. Added more protein and less carbs. Pinned my quad today and went fairly smooth. Accidentally flexed during. But after I went on a hike to excersize it. Way easier than glutes. We will see tomorrow about the pip.

To update. Week 10. I Had some trouble walking with quad injections. But pushing through. Weight is at 210 at ~7% bf. I have been getting about 400/250/150 of P/C/F. Cycle is going well. Increasing weight on all lifts twice a week.
 
To update. Week 11.my sets for flat bench at the beginning of the cycle are now my sets for shoulder press. Still 210. Couple of people came up to me in the gym and asked me about my training the past few days. It felt pretty good. I feel amazing. I think my body reacts pretty well to test e.
 
Awesome work bro, just read your entire log. Making some good gains and glad to see you feel so good about the whole experience.

Will be starting my first cycle on Monday, very similar to yours actually.

Will start my own log too cos it looks like a great way to get some awesome feedback, encouragement, advice and something you can refer back to.
 
to update. weight is at 210lbs. I noticed I havent given any stats so ill just say some notable lifts(for me) in the past few days. Deadlifts 455lbs for 3 sets of 6. Bench 245 for 3 sets of 8. estrogen seems to be in control at .25ed and .5 e3d. I haven't crashed my estrogen, not even when i took .5ed for a week. When my check comes in ill order some pct from pharmacist. I already have pct stuff but like previously stated its from my gear source and I dont want to risk ugl quality to help me bounce back post cycle.
