My cycle.

So i started my first cycle at 15 of May. I kickstarted with Dbol at 30mg for 4weeks, 250mg test e every monday and thursday so thats 500mg each week. I just started winstrol at 30mg and clen 20 2 days in 2 days off just to see if i have any problem with it. Everything is good atm. So i am thinking should i do the clen 2 weeks in 2 weeks out? Anyone can advise me whats up with clen and cardio?
I started my cycle at 69kg, i am 80kg right now.

Research the dosing of clen and it can. E ran 2 weeks on and 2 off or several weeks straight with ketotifen to prevent down regulation

thanks for the answer. alright so i get 1tab daily with each dose of clen no matter its 20 40 or 80?

Haven't ran it but read about it. I've seen where guys start at 20mcg and work their way up but use the search function or google it and you should find what your looking for.
 
20 is such a low does. Can't imagine it would do anything, even side effects wise. Start with start with 40 and try it for a day. If it's not bad do 60. Not much need to go above 60. If you can't lose fat off 60mcg, you need to run through your nutrition and find the error.

meal 2: shake + fruit
meal 3: 250g chicken + 150g rice or spaghetti
meal 4: same with meal 3
meal 5: tuna + 150g rice or spaghetti
meal 6: shake

That's up to you. You eat a lot of meals.
I used to cut carbs whenever I wanted to cut, but I kept carbs around 150 grams last cut and I felt awesome, I was getting leaner and stronger as well.

cutting or at least moving around the morning carbs will help. You are more insulin sensitive in the morning. You should be doing more low intensity steady state than HIIT at this point. With clen some people is gonna say tapper up and cycle 2 weeks on and off I would say stay at 40 msg for a couple weeks then go up to 60 for another 2-3 and u can go up to 80 for the last weaker so. Take an anti histamine with clen (Benadryl is good). Clen blocks beta receptors(adrenergic) and it is studied that anti histamines help clear paths of adrenergic receptors therefore you won't build tolerance to clen as much and doses won't need to go high.Also T3 is synergetic with beta antagonist so I would consider picking some up if running clen for better results

I agree. I don't have a crazy metabolism so with 150 carbs on a cut I feel like is enough to keep growing a bit, but low enough that fat loss is happening

i am gonna lower my carbs then.. So benadryl as i remember is for coughing right? When should i take and ihow much should i take?
