my diet with test cyp

I work out in the mornings at 5 usually on an empty stomach.My stats are 5'9 168lb's 10%bf
my diet is going to look like this
meal #1
6am protien shake prolly muscle milk
#2 9am piece of cubed steak grilled
#3 11am grilled chicken breast 1cup white rice 1/2cup greenbeans
#4 2pm some almonds another shake and some peanut butter
#5 6PM 2 turkey patties grilled rice and a potatoe
#6 snack on something healthy and add a shake in there
I haven't figured the macro's yet but some feed back would be great

Diet looks pretty good,.....
1) Ditch muscle milk. It's over-priced garbage. ON Gold Standard, Dymatize Elite, Myofusion, Monster Milk, Scivation Whey, all much better that Muscle Milk.
2) Add complex carbs to meals #'s 2, 6; and think about subbing a sweet potato and brown rice instead of white potatos and white rice
3) Add some unsaturated fat to your regimen, like extra virgin olive oil
4) Replace #6 with another solid meal
5) Casein or cottage cheese before bedtime
