My journey from permabulk to get jacked

i have a nice set of labs coming up, some from my nephrologist (bare minimum dr) and some more comprehensive labs through my pcp, i just did my hormone levels and i am in prime "hormonal flow" for my current situation, So Thursday i will get some pretty in depth bloodwork,,Plus some urine tests ordered by nephrologist,, IMG_2809.webp
 
thats basicly test for kidney health?

i know 0 stuff about urine tests so im tryin to gather some info.
i just know its for drug tests...

Mostly for kidneys yes. Then if something is worrying I can do a 24h urine collection which shows the true glomelural filtration rate.

Yeah, tbh I’m running a full panel once a year because it’s getting too pricey. I’m still running labs every 2-3 months but the basic stuff I need atm like one panel kidneys and cbc e2 crp and next one cbc liver lipids e2 cortisol for example.
 
are you guys ever scared to see results?

i will do bloods 2 weeks into september. 8 and half weeks of var 50mg daily. big load of aas for almost 40 weeks (36-37 i think). im bit worried.

yes and no, im not blasting high mg doses, so i expect to be in a "optimal" level, The bad markers ( if any) are easier to manage because its usually something easy to tweek , but trying to for "All green" , but that rarely happens for me, always something to tinker with, lol jk ,, kinda
 
Current physique and current bp and rhr reading.

Second week of my reverse - rebound, bodyweight is 102kg or 225lb at 6’0 so stayed the same so far after a week of vacation and raised calories from rebound.

I’m still eating around 2700-2800kcal on non training days with 260-280 carbs and on training days I’m having ~450 carbs with 270 protein and 50 fats. I’ll slowly raise carbs as weeks go by on training days only.

Gear wise I’m running 525 test and 270 EQ. In couple weeks I’m going for an extended bloodwork panel and urine test. If everything is ok I will raise a little both and add 250 deca. If anything is concerning I’ll drop everything bout test and do a cruise for 6 weeks or something.

BP looks slightly better compared to when I was running tren but not a big difference. Only thing I’m taking for bp related thing is 10mg ivabradine to lower my RHR from HGH and Reta. Apparently it works side effect free but I don’t wanna keep it year round. Reta is at 3,7mg per week and HGH at 3,3 IU but I’m planning to push HGH higher as soon as my new kits arrive.

well, i guess im not alone. good to know :D

hopefully my kidneys are not toasted. other than that, everything is fixable with cruise dose of test only and some time i guess

Not that much, tbh I'm only scared about kidneys. Anything else is manageable. 40 weeks of a moderate cycle is not that excessive, just think there are guys without going less than 500mg test for years and years and the vitals are ok.

Vitals looking pretty damn sweet. Filling up very nicely Eddie! You're body's finally "waking up"; it's gonna be great once you're done reverse dieting and those calories shoot up even more, can't wait!

Thanks brother! Yes, overall it starts filling and it's nice to feel fuller again. Sessions are going well and the pumps are great.

The only downside which i expected but not that soon is that i start losing definition on my abs. It will be the first spot that gets blurry whenever start eating again and it sucks big time.

A buddy i know from the gym is in my height and he stopped the cutting phase at 102kg exactly like me but perhaps 1-2% leaner. He did a rebound and now he weighs 117kg and he still has a 6 pack. It's insane and I'm effing jealous lol. Not much veins and definition on his body but maintaining a tight waist in the off season is damn beautiful. Perhaps i could look like that too if i had a surgery for skin removal.. who knows.

I just hope reta and higher HGH will keep me leaner this year.

That's normal Eddie; some people have crispy abs at 14% BF, and some barely do at 9%, it's just the way we (individually) tend to store fat and how much water we tend to hold in that area as well. Also, abs are mostly crispy when you wake up first thing in the morning, but then they fade pretty quickly as you eat more and more, and you see this even in people who are almost stage ready.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't focus too much on this one aspect; part of it is genetic and part of it is just unrealistic expectations, I say this to you and myself as well, haha.

agree on genetics 100%. friend recently cut to ~8% and he has fully visible abs, some obliques but his legs lack definition. all his fat is on legs/ass, upper body including back is shredded.

tho i dont fully agree on timing. more often than not i look best before sleep, if i dont overdo food.

Not rushing to gain weight though since I have a long time ahead for the off season. I’m kinda afraid to go crazy on food and gain weight like they do on proper rebounds because if I start messing my physique so early what can I do in the next 5 months of the off season? I’m not sure it’s the best approach but whatever, maybe I ll start gaining a good weight and continue pushing it, I’m not sure yet.

Yes! I had long time pain in the bicep tendon but on the lower side, towards the elbow joint and not the shoulder tie in. Thankfully my last run with healing peptides improved it like 70%. I think it might be from posing though. Thanks man!

Haha thanks man but i barely fill in XL oversize shirts. I'd like at least 10kg of pure muscle at some point.

No tren or orals for last 3 weeks. As of yesterday i was taking 500 Test - 270 EQ but due to the recent mess up with the gear i just added 140mg NPP mostly for the extra oil volume, to dilute the T400. Thankfully no swelling or knots but still it hurts. Plan was to add NPP or deca AFTER i do my bloodwork in couple weeks, to see if i need to do a health phase or continue straight with off season.

did you notice loss of some cosmetic effect from tren? or strenght? or mental difference?
i know you wrote that you didnt feel it, im just askin cause ive been reading that people get depressions when they remove tren cause of mental effects.

Yeah, 102kg right now. I would like to see a 110-115kg at 10%.

About tren, visually not much tbh. Perhaps some tightness but now that higher test with EQ start to kick in I feel the same tightness again.

The only thing I noticed after dropping tren is my libido coming back to normal. Still high, but high normal. With tren was ridiculous and I already miss it haha. Since I dropped it though my sleep is the same (still not so good) which is a miracle regarding tren use. If my sleep now was improved I maybe would consider to not use tren again, but overall I have only positives about its use. At least until I go for labs and verify it’s all good there too.

Yeah, I don’t have great response on gear especially on orals. Haven’t had any other drug experience but with alcohol I have a pretty good tolerance. Also, I don’t feel supplements like preworkouts, I need to take more than usual.

Yeah ngl, 102kg and lean is a good spot but I like being in the heavier side, that’s where I feel great and that’s where I was most of my life just never lean. There’s a big difference being 115kg with 25%bf and 115kg at 10%.

from what ive seen, locally and on forums, guys with higher tolerance tends to need higher amounts of aas. i think there is some gene that regulates that, also in liver, maybe thats why orals are super strong for some people and not so much for others.
