So my cycle and pct is over and work and life have been more hectic than ever. I have been doing cardio hard with MMA and weight lifting. I have dropped down to 205 as of this morning (my check in day with my coach). I should be at around 190 at 7% bodyfat.
In past 2 years my weight loss always keep hitting a wall when I'm very close to 10% bodyfat but this time around I have been doing the cardio really hard (HR at 160 hard).
Weight loss has been amazing, keeping size has been amazing, like everything is coming out much MUCH better this year. And THE ONLY product that I am using....clen. I'm on 80mcg of clen.
My supplement stack is 4g of fishoil, vitamin D, whey protein isolate, and CQ. Not even taking pre-workouts.
P.S. Oh ya...I am on a keto diet (only protein and fat) and the bodyfat % that I'm at (very close to 10%) I need to do one re-feed (300g of carbs with low fat and high protein) a week to keep my weight loss going or it'll halt (know this from experience).
