My lean bulk cycle w/a coach and 1st time with tren

I genuinely dislike putting up pictures because I truly look like shit (not fishing for complements, I believe it). After I tore both my shoulder I got obese again finishing school and working multiple jobs (which in no way should be an excuse but 18hrs of classes each semester, 50% of them in math) and since then it's been 2 years and 4 months. During this 28 months: I was out for 6 months without working out within the first year (because of work and then I had internal bleeding). Moved 3x times, changed jobs 3x (way better but also way more hectic opportunities), and tore a muscle in my leg.

So we have taken out ALL carbs out of my diet just so I can tighten up a bit. We will be adding carbs backs in slowly but until then its about tightening up. I am also working out the sole of my feet in hopes of it "fixing" my flat feet. I would like to be able to run outside and not have to go to the gym or somewhere to use elliptical.

My cardio NEEDS to become more intense so I can drop weight faster...much faster. I believe that is my main issue.

I am transitioning into PCT right now and hopefully by mid or so of December I'll start another cycle. I have to do a lot of blood work because I would like to never go on TRT (or have to be until I personally decide to do it...I actually hit having to keep up with stuff to pin).

My legs is doing better and I'm able to work it out like I use to but i'm only pushing it at 85-90%. I need to focus way more on dynamic stretching and using the rumble roller and getting deep tissue massage.

Lets hope by december I can hit 7 or 8% bodyfat. I know if I have kits and be able to do my intense cardios I'll be able to hit it, if not...then idk. I always hit a wall at 11-13%.

Let's hope this time around I'll be able to drop a lot more body fat.
 
So this move with everything else have been brutal and I have had a few shitty diet days recently (I am super strict on my diet and don't lay off because I can't afford it with these genetics) but a few things. Been on keto, been making my cardio much more intense. My knees hurt because of all the StairMasters but I am thigtning up a good bit. Started MMA back also.

One thing is that I wish I had ran tren LOOOOONG time ago. My vascularity is great on it and even at this high bodyfat percentage I have veins for once coming out of my calves and quads...and a lot more on my hands. Next cycle is going to tren and eq and I am not going to lean bulk until I hit that 7% bodyfat. Even if I don't hit it until december I'll hit it with doing a cycle. I always hit a massive wall at around 11% and my weight loss slows down like fuck.

Also going to try to get tested on what my metabolism rate is (like we had discussed earlier on here) and see if I can do a DEXA scan for my BF%.
 
Wow the before and afters are awesome. Definitely a good amount of growth overall but particularly in your calves arms and back
 
So my cycle and pct is over and work and life have been more hectic than ever. I have been doing cardio hard with MMA and weight lifting. I have dropped down to 205 as of this morning (my check in day with my coach). I should be at around 190 at 7% bodyfat.

In past 2 years my weight loss always keep hitting a wall when I'm very close to 10% bodyfat but this time around I have been doing the cardio really hard (HR at 160 hard).

Weight loss has been amazing, keeping size has been amazing, like everything is coming out much MUCH better this year. And THE ONLY product that I am using....clen. I'm on 80mcg of clen.

My supplement stack is 4g of fishoil, vitamin D, whey protein isolate, and CQ. Not even taking pre-workouts.

P.S. Oh ya...I am on a keto diet (only protein and fat) and the bodyfat % that I'm at (very close to 10%) I need to do one re-feed (300g of carbs with low fat and high protein) a week to keep my weight loss going or it'll halt (know this from experience).
